Great seller. Was responsive and helpful. More importantly the honey! The honey has a great taste and is great add to tea for a natural sweetener. The color is a nice amber and did not have any crystals. I bought the 5 gallon bucket, but xferred and sealed in Pint/quart jars. This is just the right size for the kitchen. Highly recommend.

We ordered this to use for our small business. We needed a large amount of quality honey by a certain date. Our item was delayed due to weather in the sellers area and the customer service person was very gracious in allowing us a refund but to keep the product once it arrived. First of all, they didn't have to do that but we are very appreciative. Second, it came after we needed it so we weren't able to use it for the project we had planned. However, we tried the honey and wow, just wow. It's a delicious product. And I'd venture to say the best honey I've ever tried. Once we find another project where we can use this item we absolutely will. Even though there was a delay and we didn't receive the item on time I marked 5 stars just because the product is such high quality and because they were so kind. We will absolutely order from this seller again.

The quality of the honey is great. It's fairly dark, and tastes great. This is my second purchase from these apiarists. Both times I transferred the honey from the 5 gal bucket into 1/2 gal Mason jars, vac sealed and stored in the dark. It will crystallize after a period of time, but warming the jar in hot water brings it back to the original consistency. My only complaint is that this time, either during shipping or prior to leaving their packaging plant, the lid to the 5 gal bucket was not fully on. The bucket was shipped wrapped in a plastic bag within a heavy cardboard packaging. However, even with all that, I lost 1/2 a gallon of honey which equates to $25 down the drain. Again, I can't say whether it was the apiarists or UPS who made the mistake, but I was short the honey and had quite a mess on my hands.

This honey, not only was it reasonably priced, but it was the best tasting honey I've had quite some time. I actually ordered a second one the day after the first one arrived.

We were really disappointed with this honey. We usually buy honey in large quantities, so we're experienced honey consumers. However, this was the first time I ever disliked the taste of honey; in fact, I hated it and even got a headache after trying it. Our family avoids processed syrups and sugars, relying on high-quality honey and maple syrup. As a result, we're more attuned to identifying genuine products, and I have doubts about whether this honey is real. While I can't officially test it, something about it seemed off to me.The honey did arrive securely packaged in a sturdy box and bucket, with no signs of leaking. Another strange aspect was the company's request for us to return the honey. Considering the size of a 5-gallon bucket of honey, shipping it back would likely be quite expensive. This raised concerns that they might intend to resell it.
