I'll be honest; having never heard of ZINUS, I was a little skeptical ordering this. Many products in their range have glowing reviews (including this one), so I thought, for £80, what's the worst that can happen?I'm very happy to say that this product is excellent. The attention to detail is stellar, from the frame itself to the tools and paperwork included. The assembly instructions (and other info) comes in a lovely green envelope. You receive an Allen key (which is more than enough for assembly) but also a screw tightener/loosener device.Assembly is literally as simple as they advertise. All the parts are numbered. In total, there are 17 screws. I assembled the bed, by myself, in 20 minutes. Using velcro to attach the slats is genius. There are some adhesive strips on the slats you can use to secure the mattress in place, but I am unsure how easy these would be to remove without damaging my mattress, so I didn't use them. The mattress has not moved after a night of sleep (I have a Simba Essential), but you could always add a non-slip mat underneath it.The best bit of all is that there is ZERO NOISE. My old metal bed frame as rickety, screechy and so noisy. This frame is sturdy and strong, so there is no noise. I personally love being closer to the floor, as well.I am overall incredibly happy with my purchase, and would recommend the ZINUS range to anyone.

It's a fairly simple structure, a metal frame 15 cm above the ground – but it feels incredibly sturdy, and the wooden trim at the end is a lovely touch. The whole package is put together in a surprisingly wholesome way. It's packed well, the instructions are simple and friendly, easy to assemble and they provide high quality tools to help you put it together (never seen a small working ratchet included in one of these flat packs).They kindly offer some material about a 10 year warranty, but there's no chance this structure wont last a lifetime.. It's all metal and they haven't taken any shortcuts.

Ordered this in the super king size and honestly I love it! The bed was super simple to put together and also comes with a really handy little torque tool that helped! Though honestly the provided Allan key was more than enough to put it together. The slats also come with an anti slip strip on 2 of them which has actually held my new mattress in place firmly. The frame is also really light weight which has made moving the bed to change the sheets really easy. High recommend this bed if you’re looking for a nice low platform bed.

First time getting a platform bed and I was really happy with this one! It was very easy to put together, feels very sturdy and is overall a really nice design. It also comes with a neat little tool which is very much appreciated.

This product surprised me as it looks very good and feels sturdy, despite the relatively low price. It arrived quickly and was very well packaged. It was extremely easy to put together with the tools provided in the package and I've been using it for about a month now and had no issue. It is sold but has a light footprint. I don't sleep well on tall beds so this one, with a low profile near to the floor (but still easy to clean underneath) is perfect.Photos show space where bed went, bed built, mattress added (note bed does not come with mattress) and bed made up.

Got this on offer for less than £100. My dad admittedly put it together but he did so in about 30 minutes and said it was very easy. It's sturdy and perfect for my toddler (we cosleep and needed a bed that was safe for her!) Photo of my hand for scale
