Delicious. And Only 1 Ingredient!
Coffig is amazing. I like to mix it with cacao powder. You have to strain it like tea, but it's a small price to pay for such great flavor. I find I'm constantly ordering this stuff.

So good!!
Like probably most other people looking at this product, I was looking for a coffee substitute. I haaaaaate chicory, so that wasn't an option, and the cocoa drink didn't sound that good to me, then I saw this.I brewed up a cup and sat down with my husband for a our morning beverages. I looked down at it somewhat doubtfully.I kind of didn't want to take a sip for two reasons; first, because I had high hopes and didn't want to be disappointed, and second, because it smelled a little weird. So, I bit the bullet and took a sip. It was so amazingly good!!! I had added sugar and a splash of heavy cream, just like I make my coffee. It is like the ultimate comfort food, in drink form!I can't recommend it enough. I drink one or two cups every day. One regular coffee scoop makes a full French press of coffig, which is pretty good! I sometimes make a batch in the morning and put the rest in a thermos for later.I tried coffig gold, and my kids, ages 12 and 10, went wild over it. I like it ok, but not nearly as much as regular coffig.Everyone's tastes are different, not everyone will like this, I had my sister buy some and try it but she didn't care for it. For me though, it's perfect!

Pleasantly surprised at good flavor.
I needed a coffee substitute. I saw this and a few other reviews. So I grabbed a bag. Needless to say I have reordered the bigger bag.I am really pleased that I tried it. The consistency is that of regular coffee. I have a Mr coffee 4 cup coffee maker. Plain and simple. Normal coffee I enjoyed 1/4 cup of coffee per 4 cup brew. Like coffee you will have to experiment to find the proper scoop for this. I have found that a lot less fig grinds is better! 1 table spoon is great for me. More than that the fig overwhelms, but…you may enjoy it stronger. My tablespoon and the same amount of creamer as before and I’m hooked. It’s a nice warm beverage that cuts with nice bitter taste at first, then you get notes of fig. I’m sounding like a wine snob 😃 but it’s the best way to describe it. I think I’m gonna try hazelnut flavor soon. I think it will pair really well. Adding sugar makes it even more yummy, but not needed at all as there is kinda a natural sweet taste (just a hint). I recommend mixing your coffee you have now with this fig and slowly ween off the coffee for about three days to avoid the three day headache from caffeine withdrawal that experienced.I 100% recommend this try this! The only down side thus far is it’s a little pricey, but now that I am using a tablespoon I think it will last just as long as or long as a regular coffee tin, or longer.I was pleasantly surprised and hope you will be too.Oh, final note. It froths really nice with a coffee blending stick!

morning brew again but without the jitters and stomach upset
doctor told me to stop drinking coffee so I thought I'd try this stuff. perks like coffee, that wonderful seductively hot brew that is a catalyst for my creamers. ah, life is good again, tastes great with my creamers. who knew? guess I have a creamer addiction now.

Awful taste
This is in no way a substitute for coffee. Honestly, I tried it twice trying to make is palatable but dumped it out after one or two sips. It smells like burnt figs and that’s pretty much what it tastes like.

Sounds better than it is
Roasted Fig sounded really good. You can definitely taste the fig which is alright. My biggest issue with this drink is the gritty consistency. They apparently grind the whole fig. So, there are a lot of seed pieces to contend with. Doesn't blend well either lots of powder left on bottom.
