I consider my purchase successful. Slides are very smooth and easy. Quality of fabric and wood is good. And looks wise it's awesome 👍👍👍 exactly what it is shown in pic. And exactly what I wanted.... Installation was smooth process done by professional. Five ⭐

Stay away from this seller, absolute crook and lowest quality timber and product you can ask for!!
From delivery of this bed, this seller has been a pain. No carpenter organised for assembly multiple reasons for delaying that in the end we had to pay out of pocket for assembly.The product where do i start is not even worth 10k if you were to get one manufactured locally, the timber used is not what the ad says, the mdf board is lowest quality, drawers not flush, fittings low quality already rusting, the mdf board was painted black in colour which was not even dry and black paint was spread all over the cushion part turning beige into black ( see photos). The whole saga of returns was horrible including amazon not being a support either. The size 78*36 for mattress is not correct in the ad either and our mattress were sitting 2 inches out. The guy was quick enough to send a carpenter to have a look at the issues (not when it was assembly as it was free service). The carpenter himself confirmed it was the worst quality product he has seen in the market. We had to pay for uninstall. After confirming full refund will be issued the guy was cheeky enough to deduct 5300rs for shipping which has been a battle from last 5 weeks to get a refund through Amazon. Amazon denying the refund as it needs to be initiated by seller which this guy has stopped responding. Do yourself a favour stay away from the prick, crook and cheapest quality supplier. I request Amazon to show some guts and remove these suppliers off the Amazon platform. A copy of complaint will be escalated to Head of Returns (Amazon) and a civil suit to follow if no action taken ASAP!!

Best Product if you want to go for upholstered bed. Was little bit reluctant in beginning seeing negative rating but later on realized these are not verified purchase. Prompt service of installation was also provided.

Substandard product quality. Look for good quality product and not this cheap quality powder wood product. I advise to stay away from such product
