This works well. A good supplement to support doggie prostate health. Of course I use a lower dose.

This product seems to surprise me every time I forget to re-order, several weeks go by, and my symptoms return. Gents, this product will improve your stream vs. doing nothing. I am over 55 and I rather use this than use a prescription with side effects for now. Also, I recommend a responsible diet that incorporates vegetables, fruits, and lean meats, preferably reduce your red meats. Finally, add good sources of fiber to your diet as well. The rating is still out to lunch. We're trying it to see if our frustratingly frequent trips to the toilet will reduce or not. So far not sure if it's helping or not, but we're going to use up this bottle and give it one more after that before we "publish our findings."I live in hope, but so far haven't noticed any change. I'm on the 2nd bottle, but it can be argued that I'm not absolutely dependable in taking it. I only take it once a day instead of twice but I double the dosage. Some days I forget it. I'll try harder on this 2nd bottle as I really want this to work instead of the awful drugs my Dr. wants to give me!

I first heard about Prostavec on the WEBMD website. They had evaluated prostate support products and ranked the top 5. The top recommendation was Prostavec. The main reasons they ranked it a top pick, as I recall, was that it contained all of the best ingredients thought to help the prostate and also that Prostavec is in liquid form. Apparently some of the effectiveness of products in pill form are lost through the digestion system. For these reasons mainly I decided to try the product. I have used other prostate support products in the past with limited improvement. I have suffered with BPH for over 11 years. I am now on my 7th or 8th bottle and I was surprised that my stream felt stronger almost immediately. That is still the case and my frequency of having to use the bathroom during the night has decreased. I am satisfied with the product and hope that I will continue to see more improvement over time. Now I have no way of telling if the product is actually reducing the size of my prostate. But I do go to my urologist annually and I am anxious to hear what he has to say when I return to his office in November. I will submit a follow up review if I learn something of significance. Purchased it on a trial basis. I have enlarged prostate. 3 Visits to the bathroom during the night (6 hours).I already take a (much cheaper) Saw palmetto blend capsule.There are proven effective prescription products on the market.If this had worked it would have been worth the $37 per bottle cost.The eye dropper is inexplicably not marked with gradations in ml so I took 3 eye dropper full twicea day.Flavor is mentioned in the review, I noticed no flavor when diluted with water.Wish it had worked for me :-(😕

2 4 2018 update. There is no doubt it is helping. I am for the most part every night sleeping 6 to 7 hours straight no getting up which i havent done for years. Dont know if it will work for you but i am on my second bottle. Also no doub ti have severe bph. Good luck123 2018 update, I will have to say after about 3 weeks of use, i can get better emptying, and sleep for about 6 hours uninterupted which is about all can stand anyway so i will continue to use and see if we can get rid of this ecoli over the next few weeks as i finish my meds but i do notice a differenceOk I bought this help facilitate the what has been a nearly 6 month bout of ecoli and meds. So I will post results from time to time. I will say just after the first2 uses one late last nite when the bottle came and the one this morning something different was transpiring. I also started with revesatrol. An way I was well hydrated. When I did go I notice the burning sensation was dwindling and just that alone was welcome. I also noticed the stream was stronger longer and I felt more completely empty which in the long run should was the ecoli out if its due to incomplete emptying. In any case it definitly acting in that area hopefully after a few days of consistency the meds can end and a more normal way of life

I took this product for 2 months according to the instructions and it did not do anything to reduce the nightly bathroom trips. I do think there was a slight improvement in urgency control so if I woke up feeling the need to pee, I could defer it a little bit. Not worth taking if you want to pee less in the night.I have tried at least a dozen other products and so far they all do nothing :-(

What's not to like. It worked me on the 2nd day. It was a great relief, the urgency to get up every hour or so was gone. I still had to relieve myself, but the urgency was gone. About the 4th night I was able to get 4 hours of sleep, and, did not have a full bladder. Oh, and it tastes great.
