good price for aluminum mounted stones. They do an exellent job
Good price for an aluminum mouted set of stones I use diamond stones for all my sharpening they don't separate from like a lot of the stones that are mounted on plastic . I would rather jut pay for one set not several

really decent for the price.
I am actually happy with this diamond stone set for the price I paid. Way better than the stone that are glued to a plastic backing. The stone set comes with a rollup case. after trying them a few times, I am looking at purchasing one of their sharpening systems I have been looking at when I am able to afford upgrade to one. Seems like the products will be of great value.

Another used set? Steer away from these stones
Just received the stones and i ordered new ones, but the stones I got came scratched. They look as if they were used already. You can see some scratches in the picture, but there are more that would be hard to pick on the camera. It is not as bad as other buyers reported, but still rather disappointing.Not sure about durability yet, but to me quality starts from the moment you unpack the product. I also have a set of similar Chinese diamond stones, and I thought these would be an upgrade, but now not so sure.Also cannot return them as i am not residing in US, had a friend on a business trip and he delivered them for me. Otherwise would have returned.Update: after sharpening a knife discovered the 220 grit stone had a notch on the surface that made dents on the blade. Quality control at this manufacturer is abysmal

Good starter set they get the job done.

Not good for sharpening most knives
I didn’t pay attention to the fact that these were FEPA rated grits. These stones are too fine for most of the sharpening that I do. I can only use 2 of the 5 stones, the F150 and F220. The rest are just way too fine for the sharpening of my knives. I guess they could work if I was into polishing my knife edges, but most of my steels are better suited for coarser grits.
