If you need them to kneel down in then yes, you could, but they may not stay exactly positioned where you want them if you are doing a lot of vigorous movement. They are THE BEST knee pads I've ever bought.

Yes they can be adjusted from very small to very large diameter You should have no problem as the straps are velcro

They have done for myself, i have bone growths just below the knees and these protect them nicely, best set of knee pads i have had, the gel inserts does actually do what it proclamations. the upper strap also helps keep them in position, they don't tend to drop once on.
