Pretty good sharpener but I will say it's not very durable and it's pretty soft. I found it very easy to make scratches that were hard to get out. for the price it's allright but you might want something better.

suitable for sharpening knives in general
I have been using natural whetstones up until now, so I feel this artificial whetstone is not enough, but I think it is suitable for sharpening knives in general. However, if you want to sharpen professional knives, I think you should get a natural whetstone.

A good sharpener for fine tuning your edge
It sharpened everything i threw at it very well. It has 2 different grits on either side for fine tuning your edge. Comes with a rubber gasket to set it on so it doesn't scratch any surfaces. Makes a great gift to a blade enthusiast. I was happy with it.

MeahIt's pretty good for $10 Stone I probably should have spent a little more and got a better quality piece but there's not a lot of mid quality products to choose from it's all high-end or bottom end but it's not too bad
