Westmon Works St Joseph Statue for Selling Homes with Instruction Card and House Prayer Complete Set

I’ve purchased this twice, once for a listing that wouldn’t sell…we got a contingent offer accepted & that one would sell so I got them one too. We just closed on both last week 8 whole months, I wish I purchased sooner!

After 100+ days on the market and two failed purchase agreements, we fired our real estate agent, started fresh with a new agent, and buried this statue of St. Joesph. It was nearly October at that point, we were running out of ideal time to sell in Minnesota, we had already moved to our new house nearly three months prior, and we were mentally and physically worn down from the stress and upkeep of two homes. A week later we had a purchase agreement and closed less than 5 weeks after relisting our home. Disclaimer: I not only buried the statue but prayed daily to St. Joesph and visited the life-size St. Joseph at the Catholic church in town, weekly. At that point nothing could hurt!

I was holding my breath, waiting for a buyer as the interest rates crept up. Couldn't sleep well because I was worried my house would not find a new owner. A friend recommended that I plant a statue of St. Joseph in front of the house. What do I know? I ordered this and we planted it and within a month I had a buyer in a cooling market where mortgage rates had climbed 2% after we put the house on the market. House sold, no problems, so St. Joseph did his job and for that I am deeply grateful. However, had I realized how tiny and cheaply made this thing was, I would have sprung for a more dignified version of St. Joseph.

Lol. We literally sold our house two hours after burying him. Got asking, too. Who knows?

Call it coincidence, but I got a contract 3 days after using this. I bought St. Joseph, buried him in the flower bed as directed, recited the prayer, and waited. Maybe it would have happened anyway, but the fact is that I did sell the house.

St. Joseph worked his miracles once again! It is a very old, customary Catholic tradition to bury a St. Joseph statue upside down in your backyard (close to the house) when you want to sell your house. At the time you're burying the statue, it's important to recite the (included) prayer to St. Joseph to intercede for you in your house sale. We've done this with all of our house sales. This time, St. Joseph really stepped it up ..... our house sold in three days from the day we put it on the market!

My package was delayed in transit. However, St. Joseph arrived while a buyer was chit chatting with my husband outside. I excused myself, and my husband, by telling the buyer that we needed to pray over my awaited statue. We said the enclosed prayer and I set St. Joseph looking out on the sill of our living room picture window.Now, a little backstory. We were selling by owner. Over the course of two months, three other interested parties had fallen through. By this time we were moving out of state to a newly purchased property in approximately three weeks.Less than 24 hours after St. Joseph arrived, we received an offer! Of course we accepted and were able to close before leaving the state.When we arrived at our new house, we found that several weeks before, a large branch had broke off a tree during a storm. It was resting on the exterior of the house and somehow missed breaking a very large set of windows! I don't know if St. Joseph was looking out for us during the storm, but I'll still give him the credit. St. Joseph is currently facing inward on the kitchen window sill of our new home.

We did end up selling our house after purchasing this, but wish it was more than a single color. Since it’s to be displayed in our new home, would be nicer for a more attractive piece.
