This has been fantastic to use. It seems to stay pretty clean, which was my main concern. I also worried about scratching up coffee mugs which is what I use to mix inside of and there have not been any scratches to complain about. The whisk blades are just the right size to mix thoroughly. The design is very ergonomic, at least for me, and I can't imagine how I got by without one of these.

This made quick work of whisking a couple of eggs. The only thing I'm worried about is whether the piece of the shaft that sits on the bottom of the bowl during the whisking will scratch the bowl. I wish it had a tiny bit of silicone around the bottom of that piece. But otherwise it's quite effective.

When cooking, there always seems to be something you need to whisk. Things like batters and eggs can often take quite a bit of time and elbow grease. It is so much simpler to simple press up and down with this beater than to wear your wrist out with the normal whisk. Good quality stainless steel and easy to clean. I love it!

Saw this utensil being used on a cooking show. It looked really interesting, so I bought it. Was not sure how it would work out, but it is an excellent product. It whips up eggs just great and everything else I have used it for, like pan cake mix, etc. It was well worth the purchase because I don't have to whisk and whisk or pull out my hand mixer! Glad that I bought it...

Hand washed and placed, handle down, in drain rack. Water settled down inside of handle/spring. Resulted in black liquid oozing down the rod when subsequently used. Do not drain with handle down! Obviously, the retraction device is not stainless. Nice idea, inexpensive solution. Bottom of agitators could be more round rather than end of rod.

I bought this for one thing only...to whisk eggs for scrambling. Just start off slowly to avoid splattering.Update: It does what it says, and does it well. However...do not wash the entire thing or submerge in water. When washing, just do only the bottom whisking part. I washed mine and water got into the handle, which resulted in it getting rusted. Now this dark brn. muck that smells like rust leaks out of the handle. I wish it came with a warning not to let water get into the handle. Guess I'll have to toss it in the trash now. I would return it but the window for return has passed.

Very good, definitely recommend, got it for my birthday and loved it still do I would definitely recommend to get for somebody who cooks a lot it mixes eggs up very well and I haven’t had issues with it chefs kiss
