That's right, because it was beaten so hard so any times and it never failed. I bought another one as a replacement about 6 years later! 6 years! It protected my watch for 6 years! That's good quality right there.

Awesome watch band! Just like the phone cases from Supacase, the do an excellent job with keeping your stuff protected. You watch will definitely be protected for a long time in this watch band and case. Very durable and comfortable. Easy to clean if it gets dirty. Easy to snap in the watch.

Update on customer service: I've increased my rating thanks to the great customer service. I would give customer service 5 starsalone if i could. They not only reached out to be sure i was satisfied with the replacement band but offered the warranty information and to even send another if i wasn't happy. Its sevice like this that keeps customers keep coming back. 2nd time I bought this. 1st lasted almost 3 years. This time it came and wasn't the same quality. Plus the box was smashed and torn. No packaging or anything else inside the box, just the band.

Just got this thing and my first impressions are its heavy duty and my 40mm watch popped in with no problem at all. I have discovered that it is not compatible with screen protectors as its snug fit will push the edges up making it bubble like crazy.UPDATE: I've had this case for about a week now and after beating the ever loving hell out of it I cannot find anything to complain about. The material is durable and has managed to survive my daily rigors of being a maintenance tech who often forgets or disregards the $250 watch that's strapped onto my wrist, which leaves it to be smacked, whacked, and even on occasion smashed throughout the day. And yet with all that abuse this case has kept my watch in good shape while maintaining its functionality. If you are hard on your watch then I recommend this case 👍👍.Update 2: samsung just released the ECG update for the active 2 watch and this case does not allow for that function so I cut out the rubber button bit and it works perfectly now while maintaining the durability of the case. A minor modification is all it takes.

Fits perfectly on my Galaxy Watch 5. I like that the loop that holds the band down does so and doesn't slip. I also like that the band has two metal prongs to secure it instead of one. Looks beautifully rugged. Very high quality.

Great watch band. Protects the samsung 2 watch face and is comfortable to wear

Styling is great, feels durable. The two problems I have found is the material is a little stiff and when placing on the charger you have to turn the watch face down and rest the charger on the back because the straps won't lay flat. Due to the rigid nature of the material it can be a little uncomfortable when wearing for long periods of time. The watch snaps right into place and fits securely. The raised edges help protect the watch from shock and scrapes while operating the watch is mostly uninterrupted.
