So overall for the price you pay, you get a product to use.,Don't expect it to be a professional piece of equipment, but enjoy what you have.I weigh 83kg /171cm tall and I've been using it a week or so now with no issues.It feels a bit light at the beginning with some slight movement but you get used to it.Assembly was simple and painless.

The bench is long enough for me at 5ft10 to do sit ups, it folds away easily, when unfolded, there are three pins to insert that will keep the bench upright. There are accessories that come with that bench and clip on, one is a handle and spring which does not seem very useful as it is seems as if it is intended for rowing exercises bits the spring is too taugt to really row. The second attachement is two resistance cables with a handle each, these attach the bottom sides of the bench, but the resistance is a bit too low for me.However the bench is great for sits ups, you can adjust the the height of the bench to increase the intensity of the work out.The bench comes in 3 parts to put together yourself but this is very simple and can be done within 5 minutes.It's also light weight and that with the folding feature makes it ideal for storage.

The product was good but the pins kept falling out when folded or moved. Comfy bench though!

Easy to set up and dismantle. Sturdy construction. Would recommend.

Easy enough to set up by yourself. Sturdy and does the job. Only downside for me is that I find the bars dig into my legs, not too much of a problem though.

It’s easy to assemble and to use. Unfortunately the manufacture is really poor. It is not stable and after few days of use sewings are loose. In my bench the support bar is longer on one side and shorter on the other, creating more instability.
