Excellent customer support
First off, I ordered a gold one and a matte black one from the same manufacturer for 2 new bathroom remodels. They sat in the box for about 6-8 weeks, and I never bothered to inspect them. Sure enough, when I go to install, the gold one only had the faucet, no other parts were in the box, no locking nuts, or aerator key. Most likely, someone returned it in the original box, amazon put it back in stock, and I was lucky enough to get an incomplete purchase. Amazon wouldn't help since i was outside the return window, got ahold of the seller, they were great, and sent me a brand new one. Love the look of these, and quality, especially for the price. Only knock was the stupid little aerator, it comes out with a plastic key, and is very annoying to use. You need to flush the faucet without the aerator for a good minute to get any junk out, or else it will clog your aerator. If you're on the fence, just get it, great style and quality for the price.

Easy installation
This product is very functional and design is great! I was going to wait for my husband to install but thought I’d give it a try and a month later all is still good! 😊 The only bummer was that the new sink stopper did not fit my sink. I will be purchasing 4 more
