It actually works!
They probably spent more money to package this product in their nifty little envelopes than the actual ingredients are worth, but the electrolytes actually work after heavy endurance activities. After about an hour run I mix this with a 20 ounce sweetened beverage and get a soothing relief of relaxation that I attribute to the electrolytes, or rather the "gatorlytes" as the packing calls it, i believe containing sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium? (read the box for ingredients). The directions say mix with a 20 ounce Gatorade beverage and this adds the extra electrolytes. I don't actually do that, I have my own homemade sweetened beverage, a juice blend, and stir this into it. I can really tell a huge difference. my punch alone is sweet and has few electrolytes, so I really need this. I sweat a lot during my run, and drinking water afterwards doesn't quince my thirst. But this hits the spot, and as soon as I've downed it feel massively refreshed, a bit relaxed, and even a little drowsy. Sometimes I mix up two 20 ounce drinks. Really Good Stuff for me. Yes it's a little salty. No don't mix it with straight water.

Salty Sweaters - Buy This!
It tastes a little bit salty - because it's salt. But added to Gatorade, or any sports drink, it's very drinkable. More importantly, it keeps me from cramping during the activity and at night. Whenever the weather gets above 85 degrees and I'm exercising outdoors, I'm drinking at least one of these.

Decent product
It was a fantastic deal when I got these for around $12 for 20 packets. It works as well as the more expensive electrolyte mixes, but at a lower price. The packets are really convenient, and it's hard to find one of these that doesn't use sugar substitutes and the like; I like that it's just what you need, and you control the rest. I use it for medical reasons, and it works about the same as the others with similar electrolyte ratios.I got the unflavored ones and used them in regular Gatorade. The taste is not as good as other electrolyte drink mixes -- it's noticeably saltier -- but it's not too bad when used that way. When it's half the price of those others then it's totally worth it, but when it's the same price point or higher ($1+ per serving), you're better off getting one of the others. At the lower price point, I would give it 5 stars, but at the high price point, I would give it maybe 3. It'll do the job either way, but it's all about the trade-offs.

Excellent, outstanding product
I have been using Gatorlytes since they were first provided to me by the head trainer for a top tier sports team many years ago. This is the only product I have used that makes a significant difference in cramps while I am in competitive tennis in heat. Also, having suffered from nighttime leg cramps for many years, I discovered a few years ago that the combination of sodium and magnesium and Gatorlytes has been significantly beneficial to me in avoiding those awful cramps. I conferred with my doctor about whether I was consuming too much sodium, considering that I am a senior and might worry about the effects of too much of that.Gatorlytes has 780 mg of sodium and that is about a third of a teaspoonful, so it’s not dangerous.I give the product a very high recommendation. Putting it into a Gatorade drink does make it taste good, although I have found that I do well by just drinking it in a glass of 6 to 8 ounces of water. Salty, sure, but that’s what it’s for.

What in the Gastrointestinal Heck?!
5 stars for pre-colonscopy clean out, needing a week off work or extreme constipation.I'm not an athlete, which was probably my first mistake. Secondly, just because that sick girl on Tik Tok uses it and loves it, certainly doesn't mean it will work for me.I am the unfortunate owner or a genetic disorder that causes wrecked connective tissues which comes with a side of dysautonimia and POTS. I require electrolytes daily, high sodium electrolytes to be exact. My doctor recommended Nuun but all electrolyte drinks and mixes are the same, right? Nope, apparently not.I got my Endurance Gatorlytes packets in the mail, quickly tore open a packet and mixed it with a 20 Oz Frost Gatorade. It was yummy...as I had already grown accustomed to saltier beverages. It had half my daily requirements for electrolytes...so later in the day, I chugged another. All was well until the next day, my morning coffee sent me to the restroom for an urgent visit. It started normal but all of a sudden, my stomach cramps up and it was like spring cleaning! Courtesy flush? No, I has to flush bc the pot was getting full. After an hour or so, I thought it was safe and I couldn't possible have anything left in my system. So I cleaned up and went about my day. Although my stomach was a bit cramps, I went through the rest of my day. After dinner, I suddenly felt a burning in...well, fire in the hole! I ran to the bathroom, cheeks clenched and barely made it before an explosion of what can only be described as sewer water. The splash was worthy of a water park attraction and I had to clean the toilet after.Thinking I was sick with some tropical disease, worms or salmonella, I called my doctor who told me to go on a bland diet and to be sure to stay hydrated. You guessed it! I had more! Because in my head, I didn't associate the two until 8 days later, a box of immodium and nothing but toast, rice and water. This h3llscape lasted for nearly 2 weeks. But I told my daughter, "I'm going to try it again, just to see if the Endurance packets were the culprit or I had some sort of bug."Well, that day came this past Thursday. I was feeling a bit constipated and thought, hey, worse case scenario, I'll only use one drink and it will clean me out. But again, it was probably a virus. Surely all these people from Amazon liked the product and there were no horrific bad um, toileting effects. What in the toilet paper shortage? Thursday evening I was no longer pinching off time marbles but softer much more comfortable....UT OH...SPRING CLEANING TIME!This went on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and again, we are at the Waterpark again, terrified to be more than a few deep from the bathroom. It's Sunday and I'm in bed, praying for relief and thanking the God's that I only drank ONE packet this time. Not sure how long this trip to the Gatorlyte Waterpark will last, but I learned my lesson and will be living on a diet of rice, toast, applesauce, water and Immodium until I'm normal again. So just beware that this isn't the best for SOME people....it could be my MCAS or just my sensitive digestive tract....so if you're anything like me, please for the love of all that's pure in this world, be careful, stock up on TP, Immodium and bread and know that if this happens to you after drinking it, it's the powder and not a tropical illness from the grapes you bought the other day.And to those who can tolerate it...more power to you!! Keep up the good work.I still have a box and a half left...am wondering if I should thris it out or keep it for an excuse to get out of business meetings or for extreme weight loss. But I will be needing Depends undies. Thanks Gatorade.
