Seriously, 3 liters is reasonable. Unique, really good flavor. Most of their flavors are good at the dilution of twice what they say.

Elderflower: Very sweet and fruity, less floral than expected but still tasty!
I had an elderflower seltzer ages ago that was very floral in a good way and I've been hunting for it since. Unfortunately, this is more elderberry than elderflower. It tastes lightly of citrus and berry and it really good even if it leans towards too sweet. I use half a packet (around 4g of powder) for 32 oz of water and it works for my taste level. The package recommends around 50 oz for the full packet.As with all drink mixes, use more water for a lighter taste. Use less water for a stronger taste. I tried mixing it with Tonic Water and I could see it working for a mocktail if you're into that (I, it turns out, am not). I'm going to try making it in a syrup to add to my seltzer next.
