Worst product and return service from Amazon
The media could not be loaded. The product is not user friendly the buttons do not press as per tutorial video. Amazon did not pick our product and claimed the product has passed the QA check. Despite sending us expired capsule pods. The product is either refurbished or an old product. Amazon doesn’t not pick it up after 7 attempts and refused refund. Seller confirms pick up but amazon denied post investigation. Please do not purchase. Dont get scammed by Amazon , the seller and this product. Worst coffee machine!

Wonderful machine.Milk frothier works perfectly and the coffee is extra strong.Make sure you fill it with cold milk.
