More comfortable to sleep in.
I dislocated and broke both lower leg bones just above the ankle slipping on some ice in January. After my surgery when they removed the temporary cast they put me in a boot and told me to where it at all times. Sleeping in that monster was near impossible. I got this brace to wear while sleeping and it worked great. The cloth cover and rounded heel and toe didn't snag on the sheet or blanket and it's a lot smaller profile. All I can say is that it worked great for me and probably will work for you.

Comfortable sleep
It's been 43 days, 43 days of sleeping on my back and I am NOT a back sleeper. My physical therapist recommended this to me after I kept complaining about my hard aircast boot that goes to my knee and is so uncomfortable and restricting. I broke my ankle and use a hard boot during the day and at night, but I can't move or do anything so I got this boot. Last night I slept on my side and was told I was sound asleep in a curled up ball position; I slept over 10 hours! It was the most comfortable I have been since I broke my ankle; I mean a broken ankle recovery isn't comfortable, but this boot is! My toes can breathe and I can move around and it just feels like a tube sock or something on your foot and only goes up about mid calf and not heavy. It is sturdy and keeps my foot supported while moving in bed....finally!

Needs more Velcro!
I like this for the most part - it’s comfortable and I can wear it all night. Only problem is it doesn’t have enough Velcro - the Velcro patches need to be much wider so they don’t pop off - especially after you use it for a while.

Velcro is absolute trash
Decent, comfortable splint, but expect the Velcro to wear out in a matter of weeks. If you buy this you should also buy some Velcro cinch straps ENVISIONED Reusable Cinch Straps on the Amazon website.

Defective. Stops working after about three months.
Defective product. Don't buy. This product stops working after 3-4 months of continuous use. The reason why is because the manufacturer failed to sew on the "female" velcro strips, depending on the "male" velcro strips to attach to the fabric of the boot itself. This results in the product failing after a few months, at which point the product will no longer have value for its intended use. I have to wrap an ace bandage around it to keep it from falling off at night because the velcro on the product no longer attaches to hold it in place. I have, unfortunately, a permanent injury, which requires my foot and ankle to be fixed into position at night, and this product no longer works. I will be looking for a replacement soon. Don't waste your money, unless you only need this for up to three months of use. Product does work decently for awhile, but after that....

Perfect to use for sleep
I had foot surgery and was required to wear the boot 24/7. I didn't want to sleep in it since its like sleeping with your shoes on plus its extremely heavy. I was able to sleep in this and it kept my foot in the correct position for healing. I order a small. I am a size 7.5 womens shoe

Comfortable at night but Velcro loosening already
It’s comfortable to wear at night but like other people have said, the Velcro is not very good. I’m only on my second week and it’s already coming loose. Seems like it would be a simple fix to manufacture with wider better Velcro

Good support boot for home use
My girlfriend has plantar fasciitis and her podiatrist supplied her with a big giant hard plastic support boot which she uses at work since she is on her feet all day. We went to a second podiatrist who gave us a whole list of different things to try including a soft boot for at home and sleep. We chose this boot and it has been great so far. It definitely gives a similar amount of foot relief in a much more comfortable and lightweight boot that doesn't go far up your leg. She uses the wedge under her toes which seems to help since her regular hard boot doesn't have that. She hasn't tried sleeping with it on yet but may try it soon. This is definitely for indoor use only on carpet or wood/tile floors as the bottom of the boot is all cloth. She has small feet and the small size fits perfect.
