Critical Purchaser Gives 5-Stars
The Rukket rebounder is a 5-star all day long product! Total value for the money spent. While generally critical of modern design and manufacturing, I have absolutely nothing critical to say about this rebounder.Clearly the engineering and design team cut no corners while designing this! Every part of the rebounder, from the quality of the elastic bands used for fastening the mesh & netting to the tubular steel, the netting itself, down to the attention to detail paid to the capped fastening nuts used for holding the frame together… is high quality.I’ve included a few close up pictures of the tubular frame powder coating. The frame had a few tiny scratches from shipping - but is not something I expect would be normal, given the attention to detail in the packing process. These scratches actually provided a good look into the thickness of the coating itself. Which I only chose to share to provide others insight into the quality of the build. The warning labels were clear and concise and properly located to be of perfect height for children of reading age+ to be able to see and comprehend. This has already proven a spectacular investment for our multiple children in lacrosse, baseball, and soccer+I would absolutely recommend this rebounder to any serious buyer, who is looking for a long term investment into their or their child’s ability to extend practice beyond the traditional practice fields!

Very well built.
Recently purchased for my son for lacrosse. It seems very well built and solid. Works great and I expect it to last for years.

Best rebounder so far!
Amazing! This rebounder has withstood every storm this summer, including a major storm involving a tornado (or serious wind shear) that damaged our area greatly. It was standing perfectly, just the way we left it, (no anchors were placed yet) despite all the trees that were down and peoples homes & power lines damaged. It isn’t heavy, I can move it where she needs it easily. My 12 year old daughter likes the ability to practice when she’s not with her team. The net popped in one spot and the company was very quick to send a replacement. Great Customer Service! It took 2-3 of us at times to get all of the bands on it properly. One to pull slack, another to hold a space in the band as another wrapped it around the pole and hooked it on.Our friends rebounders are blowing around and upside down all the time, but not this one!

Decent pitch back for the money
Purchased this pitch back for my daughter to practice LAX stick skills. After much discussion with other team members and reading reviews I decided to try the Rucket product. The delivery was quick as promised and as other reviewers also stated, out of the box, this was almost a 2 hour project to put together. It took me about 45 minutes to put the frame together and begin to place the net on. That is when I noticed one of the knots appeared too tight in one spot. I called Amazon and the Rucket company to inquire I could exchange the net or if this would even cause a problem with the function of the product. Amazon has no problem with returns however, I would have had to take it all apart again and put it back in the box to return it. When I talked to Rucket, they explained to me that these nets are hand knotted and this was probably not something to be concerned about. They instructed me to take a picture and submit it with an email for them to review. I asked a few other parents what they thought if this would be a weak spot or pose a problem and other parents thought it would work fine so I finished setting up the net and secured it in the backyard. My daughter says she was not as impressed with it's function. She said it works better than the trampoline material pitch backs but finds the actual tension of this net to be ok not great. She says you have to throw the ball at it quite hard for the return to be what she wants. I am hoping that it holds up as promised in the yard and climate of Florida. Only time will tell.

Solid, well-made, durable rebounder
We just got this and assembled it so I can't yet speak to durability, but only my initial thoughts on it.First, the quality is clearly apparent from when I started assembling it. Like many of you, I've had my fair share of other rebounder /bounceback nets, and it's clear that the frame itself (not sure of the material but looks and feels like a durable powder coated aluminum perhaps?) is second to none. The frame is thick, sturdy, and feels like I won't need to take advantage of the lifetime warranty (which is there if you need to). The net seems to be sturdy as well, although this one will take some time to fully know based on durability and how well it keeps it's springiness (technical term there, I know). The assembly thus far was the biggest challenge. It really wasn't too difficult, but it didn't help that the pieces had incorrect stickers on them (meaning, piece "A", really wasn't piece "A") were not accurate. So it was more looking at the pictures to try and figure it out. Probably why we got halfway through and had to start over because we put something on backwards. But again, it still wasn't too cumbersome or difficult. Thus far we are very pleased and looking forward to years of enjoyment and reliability with the kids. I will check back on this review over time, and should be able to comment on the customer service soon as I have to reach out as it appears one of the adjustable bars doesn't lock into place on one of the adjustable heights. It could very well be an install error on my part, so let's see what they have to say.Enjoy the purchase!
