Simple & very effective
Such a simple device that has saved my wife’s charger pack from the bin. Obviously 3-D printed but no worse for that. Seems robust. Sticky pads that attach the plate to the broken seem pretty strong too. Instructions are clear and straight forward. Product arrived within 4 days of being ordered despite it being pre-Christmas and free-delivery option selected.

Very handy fix
Very handy little item and saved me having to bin an item. Not sure I would trust it to be used for anything that is to be left constantly in use or left plugged in, but seems fine for smaller, occasional electrical items. Was easy to fit.

Great Product! Does exactly what it is meant to!
I managed to drop the plug of my straighteners on a tiled floor and snap off the earth prong. Saw this on Amazon and it works brilliantly (after a slight widening of the holes for the other prongs) - money well spent as it has saved me £190 for a new set of straighteners.

Very ruffle made
I had to sand it down to make it sit flush, and glue it in place to stop the plug tipping back??

Brilliant!
This is excellent saved me paying £19 for a new plug for my fishtank, fits and work's well, yes it would snap if your heavy handed but treat it properly and it will work and last no problem, I will definitely buy another should I ever have a broken plug in future.

Such a clever product!
This clever little product saved my £80 IKEA RIGGAD Work lamp with wireless charger. I was devastated when we managed to break the earth pin of the lamp’s AC plug because the lamp or the parts are no longer available and like most IKEA products the power cable was not a universal one. Without this product I would have to bin £80.So happy to have found this.

Works, a little tricky
This did work and that is the main thing. It comes packed flat which means that the blank earth pin needs o be inserted into the new base plate. This was not possible at first because the plastic has a small protuberence at the end which I managed to saw off with a Stanley knife. The plate only just fitted over the plug pins requiring quite a lot of force but I managed in the end. It comes with two sticky pads for gluing it in place but I used contact adhesive as a better solution. Once achieved plug as good as new.

wrong size
I don't know what country this is for, but it's not the UK, I bought this because a plug that I have has got a broken earth pin, and this seemed the ideal solution, I thought that pos/neg pins on my damaged plug would fit through the 2 holes, they don't, the holes are too close together and not large enough, what a complete waste of money.
