Do the job.
These bulbs are perfect for my retro children's bedside light. The bulb is bright and doesn't heat up the lamp like the old bulb did. Good value as comes as a pair. Can't really comment on longevity yet, as I've only had them a few weeks.Edit: two years on and the bulb is still going strong! It's on every night for half an hour or so, so I think I can say it's doing well.

Do NOT fit WHITE model of Singer Featherweight 221.
Although these fit the 221 in black, the later white 221 has a different light fitting and these won't push in far enough to twist and lock into the bayonet fitting.
