Great value! Exactly what i wanted.
Recently purchased this unit after doing some serious homework on the competition. This unit has a digital thermostat, an internal fan and a completely stainless tower / faucet from the factory which is unheard of at this price range!I wanted a small compact unit and could not be happier with my decision. The added bonus is that this kegerator will accept a 5 gallon carboy if you set it up on the shelf and support the other side hanging off. I could not find a solid answer anywhere online. Posted an image to prove it, i was thrilled. You will need to run a blow off tube because an airlock will not fit above. I am also able to fit a standard 5 gal corny keg with 5lb gas bottle without an issue. I upgraded to an Intertap SS flow control faucet and shank right from the start, however the standard setup worked perfectly when i initially tested it. I also went a 10ft beer line, did not try the included 5 footer. The temperature controller can get stuck as mentioned in many reviews, however you can cycle the F/C button to get the correct current temp which is easy. I have found that setting and forgetting has worked out perfectly for me. The insulation in the tower is not the greatest as it restricts airflow, however that is an easy fix with a bit of tinkering. The regulator has been holding pressure correctly for me so far. I may try to figure out a way to keep the tower colder to prevent foam on the first pour. Overall, very pleased with the purchase.

Exactly as Described!
This is exactly what I wanted... a quality kegerator. It was very easy to put together. I waited longer for my sixtel to arrive. I have been using my kegerator for about 6 weeks now. Works great! It was easy to adjust the C02. And, very easy to clean all of the lines and draft spout. I love it!

Works great!
I've had my kegerator for over a month now and it works great! Only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because the thermostat always says 37 degrees no matter what the temperature is, but I put a thermometer in there and that works just fine.I have to keep mine set to 32 degrees to get a 40 degree beer. Always test the temperature of the beer itself, anything over 40 degrees with most beers will always come out foamy, so KEEP THOSE KEGS COLD! There may be a 4 degrees difference between the temperature inside the kegerator and the beer itself, so you may want to keep it colder than the desired temperature. Took me forever to figure out why my first keg was always so foamy. Temperature is usually the problem 80% of the time.Setup is pretty easy although the text on the instructions was kind of small. Comes with a lot of extra parts, so dont be concerned when you hook it up and there are extra parts left over.I would also suggest getting a cleaning kit. It's easy to clean once you get the hang of it and I bought this one which works great: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00TWMGW9K/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1The CO2 tank is small and some welding shops may not fill it. If this is the case, try your local paintball course. They fill mine for only $8 and it doesn't effect the taste at all. Should last you for about 4, maybe 5 kegs, but you will waste a lot of CO2 on your first keg trying to get your pressure right. Make sure the tank is screwed on tight! The blue LED light inside is a nice touch, but honestly, i'd rather just have a brighter light so I can see the pressure gauge better in lower light. Not a big deal though.Overall a great deal for the cost. Hopefully your UPS guy doesn't just throw it around or set it upside down. Always let it sit for 24 hours before setting it up and always let a new keg sit for at least 45 minutes before tapping it. Cheers!

Beer doesn’t get cold enough!
We ordered this product so that we could have fresh, cold beer just like our favorite bar. It was easy to put together and easy to get the temperature set to begin the cooling process. We had the temp set at 32 but the readout kept showing it was 37°. My husband called the company and she sent us another electrical control board. This time it would cool to 34. We decided it was time to drink beer…but the beer was not cold. A refrigerator thermometer inside the unit showed 30° while the unit showed 34°. We also used a thermometer in a freshly poured glass of beer. The temperature in the beer would not go below 40°. The company says, after giving them this info, that the unit is working properly. It is too late to return it so I guess we are stuck with it! That was one expensive mistake!

Great purchase, it was the hit of the party!
I bought this ahead of a Christmas party we were hosting at our home, mainly because I always wanted one and it seemed like a good excuse to buy one, but also who doesn't want to pour their own pint? It was a great conversation piece at the party and such a huge hit that at least two of my friends are getting their own as Christmas gifts from their wives. It took about 10 minutes to put this together. Word of advice, after connecting the keg and CO2, let it sit for a few hours. The first few pours will be foamy but it will subside as it beer settles and the CO2 regulates. I recommend buying a stainless drip tray and also, buying a branded tap handle is also a nice touch but the tray/tap they come with do the job.

Skeptical at first but love this unit!
I was skeptical at first as I had read some complaints that Edgestar systems didn't cool that well and that folks could not get the beer down to temps like 37-38. I have had no issue with that, and my unit sits in a rather warm garage. I actually thought that getting a unit that would hold a full keg was more wise but given they were about $150 more, and also didn't have digital temp control (or the cool blue lights) I decided to take a gamble and try this. It has been about 3 weeks, and no complaints at all! The beer pours wonderfully, and I love the unit.
