After previously buying a 2lb bag of Anna and Sarah dried mango, which were very tough and difficult to bite through and chew (tasty and good quality otherwise) I was fearful that every other brand would be the same way. Nope! I can bite through and chew these pieces with ease. Gerbs appears to have an extremely comprehensive website for other healthy snack foods that I plan to look further into!Would definitely buy again!

Tasteless!
This is the worst food product I've ever purchased from Amazon. I've had dried banana chips from other companies that were great, so it's not me , it's the product! They have ZERO taste of banana. Since it's NOT returnable I suppose I'll just throw them out for the deer that traverse my yard each day. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't eat them either.

Clean and USA grown
These dried apples are exactly that - apples. Nothing else. They have a mild flavor attesting to no sugar added. They are springy and chewy attesting to careful attention to drying time. They are a warm brownish tone attesting to no sulphur dioxide or other processing. Wonderful snipped up for oatmeal, rehydrate well for use in baking cakes and muffins. And a great grab and go snack. The best news is they also do a 4 pound bag, I'm getting that as my next purchase.PS be sure to read the packaging on Amazon competitors dried apple offer. Many say packaged in USA but apples are imported from China. GERBS apples are USA New England stated. Buy local indeed!

Delicious Unsweetened Dried Mango
I love the unsweetened dried mango. I have purchased this several times and was only slightly disappointed with one batch that had some mango that was a little too tart for my taste. It is hard to find the unsweetened mango in my area, as I dislike added sugars to a fruit that is naturally perfect in taste. I've never gotten this product in a resealable bag, but I have one gallon Ziploc's that work just fine. The mango is great.My family and I recently tried the banana chips. They lack banana flavor and somehow lost all flavor in the drying process.I'm still rating 5-Stars because the mango is the item being appraised and deserves every star.

Fresh and Taste Great
Fresh dated and tastes fresh. I do not like the texture of real apples, or bothering with preparing and pealing, so these are perfect for me to just grab and snack on without worrying about sugar and preservatives, and no weight watcher points! They are chewy, and taste great. I can add whatever seasoning I like, heat them, or whatever, because so many options. I may also store some for a healthy emergency food. I will be eating every day as doctors advise, and buying more! Per my calculations, one 2 pound bag equals 34 apples, so the price is good.

No taste
Crunchy.Blah tasting, almost have a stale taste, they do not even taste like bananas!Will be returning these.

No Crunch, No flavor
These are the worst banana chips I've ever tasted—no crunch, no flavor, slimy. I was looking forward to these... now to decide what to do with them. Think the birds would eat them if I chopped them up? If not the birds, the bears or the raccoons might.
