Very good with many dry spots.
Good smoked flavor that wasn't overwhelming. The centermost area was best while rest was a bit dry so that it needed to be mixed with something to moisten it. Did send out some as a gift which was received on cold packs. Boxes all arrived very well packaged & very cold.

I purchased this item for my elderly dad that lives in another state. He thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a tad bit salty for his taste so he simply placed it in a pan containing a small amount of water and let it simmer. I will purchase this again for him.
