We purchased this chair for our guest room. It is very comfortable and seems to be well made. Assembly was not as difficult as others reported but did require 2 people. Good value for the price!

I wanted a new chair and footrest for my upstairs home office, to replace an old one I purchased in 1990. I found the Mcombo Recliner and Ottoman, saw that it had a vibration massage, and it was a leather-like surface. The price was very reasonable, so I made the order.I don't know if Mcombo or Amazon inflates their delivery estimates, but when I placed the order, it said I could expect it to take two weeks to reach me. Delivery beat that estimate by a full 8 days. Consider me very happy about that!It arrived in two boxes. This wasn't surprising, and it meant some assembly is required. That was the part I wasn't looking forward to, as I'd be doing this assembly myself, and I'm no pro. Although assembly did take a couple of hours for the Ottoman and the Recliner, the instructions were pretty clear, and Mcombo packaged all the hardware (screws, bolts, wrenches, allan keys, etc) with a system that made it easy to identify the part you'd need for each step. I had the chair done sooner than I expected, considering I had no help in putting it together, and enjoyed a nice massage that very evening.Mind you, no chair is going to substitute for a real masseuse, but this chair is pretty effective. And even if you don't use the massage function on a regular, its still a darn fine looking piece of furniture.

Great looking alternative to a 3000.00 stressless recliner. Yes not leather or gel but also if I get tired of it I can throw it out and get something different. Assembly is simple as far as alignment complaints this is due to you have shifted the slide/reclining mechanism and it’s not symmetric on both sides causing it to torque. Just move the seat portion till everything lines up. It does help to have two people to do this.

I was disappointed in the fact it didn't seem that sturdy due to it being so light weight. The first time I sat in it I almost tipped over. It was to replace one for about half the price, but the one it replaced was much heavier and sturdier, and I did buy it in the store and not online. Also, the picture does not show all the cords hanging off the back, which takes away from the overall appearance in your living room. I would never would have bought it had I saw it first before buying it. The ottoman was much better as well in the one this replaced as it slid because the bottom was flat where this one has four small spacers on the bottom which means you have to physically pick up the ottoman every time you get up or sit down, you can't just push it out of the way with your legs. Only positive is it looks better than the one older one it replaced, except for the power cords in the back for the massager.

These swival recliners are awsome. The design and mechanism are truly quality built and have a very upscale look. The leather is extremely soft and the cream white leather color is very rich & appealing. The manufacturer has built in a massager & vibrator starting at the lower back and travels up to the neck area and creates a truly restful experience!

I do not even know where to start. The material feels like plastic. It feels like there is a basketball under my butt. The massage feature is pathetic. I bought a similar chair a few years ago for $150, that was 1000% more comfortable. The people that gave this product a 5 star review must have used folding metal chairs or church pews as there seat before buying this piece of trash. I would not even put it on the side of the road for someone to scavange, due to its discomfort.

After you get over the misery of putting this thing together and get to sit in it, you will get some of your happiness back! This chair was in a lot of pieces and like with so many things these days, the instructions were TERRIBLE!!! My husband and I who have put many many things together in our time were extremely UNHappy campers while putting this thing together.But, let me give you the good news. I'm using this for my computer desk chair and it is THE most comfortable desk chair I have ever had. I have a medical issue that causes bad swelling in my feet and ankles and having this hassock when I need it is one of the reasons I chose it. Those regular desk and/or gaming chairs that have those built in little "hassocks" for your legs, they are only any good if you are a very small petite adult or a child. For the rest of us that are taller than say 5 foot, your legs are too long for those types and it actually hurts your legs if you have swelling issues like me.So, I don't regret buying this chair, but for goodness sakes you Chinese Manufacturers, GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER when it comes to your lack of directions, tiny pictures that older eyes have trouble seeing and even if you can see them, they are so awful, you are not sure what is what. Don't make your customers miserable trying to put together something they spent their hard earned money on and gave to you. It's not really that difficult to put instructions out there that are readable and understandable. Write directions as though you are speaking to someone who has never put anything together in their lives. Because for so many people, this chair will be the first one like it they tried to put together and even for those of us who are extremely experienced in doing so, it was a ghastly experience!!!
