Solid USB C Cable to USB A 3.1 and probably one of the best out there right now!
Belkin has always made close to OEM cables and chargers to fit the same standards as OEM! That being said this USB C to USB A 3.1 cable is no joke, it's got a sturdy build to it, the cable it self seems very well made and the USB C port has a nice and tight fit to my Nexus 5x! USB 3.1 port hooks in to my laptop and I'm transferring data at lighting speeds! A Googler Benson said in his review for this cable that it's all most like buy LG or Google cables, quality and the proper build materials inside for the next USB C Google compatible devices (Nexus 5x/6p)!It was pretty expensive tho $26 bucks, but the LG or OEM cables are sold out or no where to be found and they are just as much if not more...... All in all it's a soild cable but you pay for what you get!FYI Be sure to do you research on USB C Cables before buying you might end up breaking your new smartphone down the road if these cables that don't have the specific parts inside the cable! I learned a lot from Googler Benson and how the new Nexus technology is the standard for USB C from here on out! Be careful with off the wall Chinese knock offs because their are still some on amazon even tho Googler Benson has put a stop to most of the bad cables! Take for instant USB C car chargers I have yet to pull the trigger on buying one of those on amazon or anywhere! It's just to soon, all these companies are going to release crap for the next month, with NO Google standard USB C and or the plug is not 3A to do new rapid charging!I figure I will wait until Belkin comes out with a USB C car charger or Google Store to get some in, I'm just tired of these Companies on Amazon, some of them are continuing to market their products as the Google standard and its not. So either pay the money and get the good stuff or you can wait till early 2016 and maybe these companies get their stuff in order and adopt the Google standard for USB C! Apparently even the OnePlus 1 and 2 smartphones are coming with bad cables even Benson had to set them straight. So that's proof right there that Google is the standard in the USB C market!

High data transfer = just what I needed
Appreciate the apparent durability and actual performance — I needed to upgrade to a higher mbps transfer capable cord, and this guy did the job well. Apple CarPlay wasn’t working with my new iPhone 15. Turns out this is a common problem, and the solution is to use a better cord. This one worked / works well for me.

Great quality cord!
I especially like that when you plug it into your device that it feels like it has a solid connection or tether. Also, as described, it charges a lot faster than standard charging cords. I lost the first one I bought but didn't hesitate to buy a second. I knew that that was the one I wanted. Great cord!

Lasted two years, so pretty decent
I bought this cable to connect my Android phone to my Subaru infotainment system via Android Auto since my phone would not run Android Auto to the Subaru via bluetooth. This cable worked very well for two years on a daily basis despite being kept in a hot car with summer outside temps over 104 for months. One star lost because it did not charge my phone fast enough to keep up with using it for navigation, so my phone would die before the end of a long trip despite being connected and slow-charging. Connection stability started to decline right around 2 years. At 2 years and 5 months, it failed entirely. Not bad for the price, but I wish it had not had the charging issue for the entire time I owned it. Bought a replacement from another brand that does keep my phone charged up to 100% while running navigation on a long drive.

Works for my Iphone 15 pro max carplay
Product is very sturdy. The cable is thicker than most but runs my carplay perfect while many other cables would not.

Connecting external hard drive to DAC ++ sound quality
I was using a Western Digital 8tb external hard drive to connect my files to a DAC (NAIM Uniti Nova)..I picked up a La Cie Rugged 5TB HD with USB C connector, that only came with a USB C to USB C cable..instead of getting a chijunk USB C to USB A adapter, with suspect build quality and throughput, that La Cie support suggested.. :| Instead, I picked up this well-built Belden cable. This cable is almost as thick as the La Cie cable, unknown if it's the same gauge but a solid replacement for sure. Compared to the thinner Western Digital cable with their odd proprietary nubbin on the other side of the USB A cable, this cable 'seems' delivers better sound quality to my DAC USB input.I don't know it the SQ improvement is 100% in the cable- the he WD hard drive has a power supply, whereas the La Cie does not.. (extra power signatures are bad mkaaay) but end of day, for this use case, I highly recommend both the La Cie Rugged hard drive and this cable to connect.
