Plain and simple i really like using the magic tape over any other tape especially when it comes to sealing envelopes or packages

If you are reading this it's because you came looking for a review on Scotch Tape. Read that out loud again. One more time. It's ... Scotch Tape. It does what you think it does. It has always been a one trick pony. If you came here looking for a unexpected review like "this Scotch Tape will sing you the aria from Turandot while satisfying all your adhesion needs" or "this Scotch Tape is the one that DOESN'T stick" you will be sorely disappointed. It has always worked the same way. No surprises. Now, don't you feel silly? This is twenty seconds of your life you will never get back, looking for me to tell you that Scotch Tape did something out of the ordinary when it is likely the one product that provides the most expected and consistent results in a world of consumer products. And you're still reading.

I'm sticking to my opinion that Scotch gouges the heck out of the consumer with these 'Magic' Tapes. They're magic alright. Watch your money.You watchin'?*Poof*Ta-da!!!That being said, I choose to be 'gouged' by Scotch. Whenever I run out of Scotch tape, I buy more Scotch tape. Why? Because I'm afraid the other brands won't stick as well. I'm very Pavlovian about my tape purchasing. I'm already trained on it, so I don't wanna go messing with the 'system'. The price on Amazon does ease the sting a bit. I used Target-brand packaging tape a while back and they turned out to be less sticky as the same type of product that Scotch had. Based on that, I'll keep dishing out the extra green in exchange for 'guaranteed' quality with Scotch.Minus one-star for the slightly-deceptive (meaning 'not to egregious', but still annoying) photographing of the product by Scotch. Nice angle. One millimeter more to the right (our right), and that illusion of getting a decent amount of tape disappears. It's only 300 inches per roll (900 total). It goes quick. If you're not using it for arts and crafts or some other activity that requires multiple containers to pass around, I'd just go for the refills, as it'll be a cheaper option in the long run, as well as less plastic being wasted in a landfill.Oh, Scotch. You have my heart, but you are costing this honey-bun quite a bit of mulah. You just hold up your end of the deal, and I'll keep padding your coffers. For anyone else reading this review, if you see a cheaper option with the same quality, please give us a shout-out. I'm ready for a divorce.

It's kind of funny, but it's getting to he point where I have little desire to shop in regular stores. Amazon makes the shopping experience so pleasurable that even the smallest of items is easier to purchase from them, rather than going to a local store.As far as the tape goes, there's not a great deal to say. It's the famous Scotch Magic Tape that been a staple in our home for decades. What I especially like about purchasing an item like this from Amazon, is that you're able to purchase a quantity of 3, at a price that's lower than you'd pay at a local store. Since I'm a member of Prime, shipping is free. In my opinion, there is no company in the world that comes close to what Amazon offers as far as inventory. When I searched for this, I figured it would be too inexpensive an item for Amazon to carry. I was wrong.The convenience of having a 3 pack, and the added convenience of having it delivered free right to my door, makes me want to purchase everything imaginable from Amazon.The bottom line is that this is a well known, top-notch product that needs no explanation as to how many different uses it is good for. Buying it from Amazon makes it so very very easy. The item gets 5 stars, as does Amazon, the best company in the world. I love Amazon so much that I could stay in my house for a year and never be short on anything. Whether it's scotch tape or groceries, Amazon has it covered.
