I have POTS and needed some small salt packets to be able to down and chase with water/Gatorade and these are perfect!! They aren't overwhelming taste wise, they even taste a bit sweet, which is nice

It's salt so not a lot to review. I bought to monitor my salt intake. I can't do that with a salt shaker. Thus far, it works for me. I thought the salt would come in a box for easy storage but it came in a plastic bag. That is the thing that is a down fall and that's being very picky. I will definitely but again when this supply is gone. I do recommend this iodized salt for all uses.

Need this for a medical condition and alot of the salt packets on here are fine powder and this is like normal table salt with small granules

Elementary schools don't supply salt to kids, which is probably a good idea, but my daughter is cursed with loving salt on very many things, such as boiled eggs, celery, broccoli, etc. I've given up worrying about her salt consumption (her bloodwork was perfect, and she's active and healthy), so these are great for her to take to school for both her packed lunches and to use for school lunches.
