Q: what Is return policy?

The phone was awful and barely worked. It was also cosmetically damaged with stretches all over the screen. The seller seemed reluctant to issue a refund at first, but did eventually send me a return label and full refund.

Q: Dose it come with the original box?

No, it doesn’t. FYI, the phone was horrible, scratched up and had a lot of software glitches like powering off randomly, opening apps on its own and whole litany of other issues. I requested a refund immediately!

Q: can this be used on T-mobile? Curious why it is listed as Verizon instead of just unlocked.

Any phone can technically be unlocked by your current provider but I would more look at phones stating their Fully Unlocked but if it says the Seller is listed as verizon it’s just the Retailer refurbishing phones but i would always ask ..
