Powerstep adjustable heel lift provides 3/8 additional heel height adjustment, or layers can be peeled away for 1/4 or 1/8 additional height to accommodate leg length discrepancies. Firm, natural, sponge construction absorbs impact of heel strike and provides extra height and cushioning under the heel. The edges of these adjustable heel lifts are tapered for improved comfort. Ideal for dress or casual shoes.

Very Helpful
Is very useful if you need some lift in your shoes for whatever reason. Every person is different so the needs are different too. But this is well made and durable. This are the only ones that has come to substitute the one I used to buy in the past. Nothing in these times are the same as in old times.

The best I have tried
After having a total hip replacement, my right leg is now about 3/8" longer than my left. I purchased a few different brands to try out and this is my favorite. I like that I can move this from shoe to shoe instead of having glue on the bottom. It is not hard, nor is it too squishy. Just ordered another.

Helpful and comfortable, but they fall apart quickly and are not lasting for the cost.
I have purchased this heel lift (singular- only one heel lift for those seeking two) multiple times because I have found it comfortable and helpful to work with a small leg discrepancy. However, despite not taking them apart- I use all the layers in my shoes- they fall apart really quickly, then you suddenly have multiple layers of a heel lift shifting underneath you while you walk- and if you walk a lot like I do in NYC, it's annoying and something more durable would be better. I haven't figured out which I like better (except for Dr. Foot that I use in my dance shoes that are sturdier, but a bit narrow for my regular walking boots). If you understand you're only getting one heel lift, and need a quick fix/support and aren't expecting longevity, then it'll do the trick temporarily.

Perfect
They come bigger a normal shoe insert, so you might have to trim it a bit. Super easy to do with a pair of scissors. "Adjusting" the thickness is super easy. I use these in all my shoes - just one one heel to make up for about 3/16th's" difference in leg length. just pull out one insert, slide this down at the heel and put the insert back in over the lift.I've walked hundreds of miles using these, and I couldn't be happier. Happy hips, happy lower back, happy calf.

Most useful lift I have found
I have a leg discrepancy that means with all my shoes I wear a lift in one to even out things and keep my back in line. This lift adjusts to many widths and can easily be tucked into shoes or under specialized insoles . They were first recommended to me by a local Birkenstock store as a way to have my lift and the advantages of the cork footbed. I’m sold, they stay right where I put them, the rubber bottom keeps them from sliding down in the shoe. This is the only set of heel lifts that I have owned that don’t require glueing in or putting back in place every time I put the shoes on. Great product!

Need two-sided tape when they are put in a shoe
If these would stay put in the shoe, they are great. But, beware the product has 3 layers for adjustment purposes and the last layer has no adhesion. Consequently, the heel cushion moves inside the shoe, and can be very, very uncomfortable, maybe even painful. Two-sided tape purchased on Amazon does the trick.

My third order of these Heel Lifts
After seeing a physical therapist for a foot issue, she suggested that I might try a lift if the heel of the shoe that was bothering me. It did not take much of a lift in my exercise sneakers, which I wear most of the time. I am a fitness instructor and have one hip that is slightly higher, which probably caused the discomfort. Along with sleeping on the side where the hip is higher (which lengthens and supports the back on the problem side), the 16th of an inch lift provides a gentle and perfect amount of help. I prefer the shortest of the three separable lifts in my shoe underneath the Spenco Polysorb Heavy Duty insert that I put in every pair of fitness shoes I wear.

Only 1 per order
Like there is only one per order, what is the idea behind this? No common sense at all, am I supposed to walk with just one and mess up my back and legs? Every other brand sells as a pack of 2, cause we have 2 legs and feet right? No where in the description, title or details it says there is 1 per pack. I’ll be returning
