Only take 1 scoop because that's all you need. I have noticed a small amount of exhaustion several hours later after my workouts, not sure if I'm not drinking enough water with it, or if it's because I'm working out so much harder than I used to before taking it. Today is day 1. I dissolved the scoop in hot water first due to other reviews that it clumps in cold. Added ice and let it cool down. I will say it’s not a good taste with just water. It’s chalky. I added a scoop of protein powder and much better! Let’s see how this goes! Been waiting awhile to try this.
