I love this thing! I do feel the cloth lining is a bit off. I have an older Inova sous vide machine and this fits perfect. I have made pork belly a few times with out this container and my house would become super humid from the evaporation, I would also need to refill my container. With this, there is no humidity (I live in Hawaii, we get plenty). Also it heats the water up faster and I never need to refill it.Another thing I like is that I can still put clips on the side with out it effecting the performance much. There are other out there but for the price this is great.A few items that could be addressed.1. The cloth linning seems to slip off or down. I do not know how effective it really it, but it is a nice barrier to protect your counter and hands when you need to move it if your going at higher temps. I wish they made it with non slip silicone.2. The metal used to hold items down is a bit wonky and only works when there are enough items to force the ends apart. I think this could have been designed a bit better if you were only doing 1 steak. I overcame us by just putting the large lest piece on top of the steak. It still work well just not as designed. I’m sure if I paid for something more expensive it would be bette.

Great container! It keeps the heat in, and is the perfect size for one or two people cooking for themselves. It would not fit large pieces of meat, but average steaks/pork chops/small tenderloins fit very well. And the rack is helpful in keeping the food In the middle of the water bath, for even cooking. It is also the perfect size to store my sous vide cooker in along with the racks, which is very helpful!

This container works perfectly with KitchenBoss products and is a very economical and comprehensive product that includes an insulating layer and a nice internal rack at a very good price. The only minor glitch is that the top portion of the rack has a slight interference with the container top, but this is minor and the top does keep the condensation in the vessel. Very nice!

Used once so far and I'm happy with the purchase.Disappointments:At 147°F for 2hrs there was considerable heat on the counter. I hoped the sleeve would insulate better. I think I set my expectations a little too high.The handle where you grab the lid isn't designed very well. You have to use two hands to take the lid off. The first time I took the lid off I dropped it into the water. The texture of the handle is smooth and it's also not too deep so it's difficult to get a grip on it. (definitely not something to cause you to avoid buying this)What I liked:The rack is fantastic. Works wonderfully. Even with a food sealer I get small bubbles that sometimes make the bag float and this solves that problem completely.The sleeve is thinner than I expected, but high quality.

When i first got a sous vide stick, I tried cheaping out and using a pot to hold the water.Problem was finding a big enough pot for the meat but that the sous vide stick would insert down enough. Also, using a pot, could not cover with a normal lid.This container fits the bill and neoprene insulates!

Perfect little container for cooking meals! The lid really helps not only during cooking, but also prevents evaporation when not in use so I don't have to keep changing the water. Sturdy plastic, and the cover looks nice enough I can just leave it on the counter.

I researched these for a long time and settled on this one because of the rack, sleeve and top. The first one I ordered had a rack that the dividers didn't slide in and out of easily. I contacted the seller and was sent another quickly. It is perfect and I'm so happy. I love that the sleeve keeps it hot and off my counter too. Good product and seller stands behind it too. Very happy and will order the bigger one at some point.
