Works great, cool little charger, holds charge for a long time and charges the phone quickly. My only gripe is that it takes a while for the product to charge.

Nice and compact, runs pretty much all my handheld devices. Really came in handy camping recently as no one brought a portable generator. I could charge my phone and the battery pack at the same time.

I use it for cold days playing golf. 4 hours of maximum heat in my golf vest will give you coverage for 4 hours safely. With temps in the high 50’s and moderate temperature added heat, expect 30 per cent residual battery capacity for 18 holes. Also note, not as bulky as other similar batteries

I purchased 4 of these power banks for my family and really like the size, the number of supported interfaces (USB-A, USB-C, Lightning... which is fantastic!) and the ability to charge the power bank through more than one type of connector -- I can charge it with a lightning cable or USB-C cable ... whatever cable I have around, which is extremely helpful!The size is small and easy to carry in my coat pocket (I carry it often for day trips ... just in case I over use my phone) and it seems to charge my phone very quickly. I also like the easy to read available charge on the power bank when I plug a cable in too -- it's bright and large enough so I don't need glasses to read it.Like I said in the title, I purchase 4 of these in November 2022 and since then, one has failed :( I am hoping the other will last longer. If I didn't have the failed unit, I'd give this 5 stars.

Was looking forward to carrying a smaller 10,000mah power bank but this isn't it!!Device constantly blinking "188" while trying to charge, no matter which input port is used and never showed charge above 73 since receiving in the mail. Any phone I connect to it identifies its plugged in but never receives charge.Update Aug29,23Device actually holding charge for past few months and been using it to power usb device in my tool box. 2/1/24 bought 2 more and are working great. Doesn't have fast charging but its compact, which is my main reason for purchasing.

I waited quite a while to write a review for this because I wanted to make sure I was using it properly. It has a digital display that says 100 when it’s fully charged. I wasn’t sure if this was 100 minutes or one hour, but it turned out to be neither. From the beginning when you plug an iPhone into it, it counts down pretty quickly before it ran out of power and went to zero then you had to recharge it. This being said I used it may be twice to power my iPhone in emergency situations when it was in need of recharging. But I never got an hour charging time. After that it literally went from 100 to 50 in about a minute and then went to zero I’ve had this thing for probably a year sitting on my shelf because it doesn’t maintain a power at all and it’s totally useless. I looked up what 10,000 Milliamp ours meant and it says I should be able to recharge my iPhone at least five times. Not sure whether this is just defective or a bad product but it certainly wasn’t worth the investment or the time I put into it. Buyer beware!
