Extremely confusing
The instructions on the product page said that I should order the Crocs one size smaller. I'm a size 9 (India/UK), so I ordered a size 8.The size I actually received was a 9! Logically, this size should be a slightly loose fit for me. However they are extremely snug fit which makes them quite uncomfortable. The instructions provided were false and also the size I ordered wasn't delivered? Complete chaos from whoever is in charge of this brand on Amazon.I'm in the process of returning them because who needs the unnecessary confusion and headache? Will stay away from all kinds of crocs in the future.
