High quality power plug for protection against power surges
Works great and is easy to install. Very solidly built and has 3 lights that indicate if the product and the electrical line are working properly. I use it in my laundry room to plug in my washer. No problems so far.

Well made, seems to work.
Bought these based on articles/reviews. I had a 6 outlet one which would trip with a spaceheater plugged in on high, so I know they do something. I haven't had any events (thank goodness) to evaluate for a lighting strike.

Worked for my nuisance tripper
My disposal and dishwasher are on the same circuit and I think the disposal motor was tripping an arc fall interruptor. I put this on to try and filter some of the noise and they have not popped the breaker since.

Not an EMI/RFI filter
It seems fine as a surge protector; however, I bought it for filtering properties. It indicates on the case that it is a "noise filter". It may be but it did not prevent the breakers from tripping. It is very solid though.

Solved my microwave tripping the AFCI/GFCI circuit breaker by smoothing out the power consumption
This device has likely helped other electronic devices in my house to have a longer lifespan. Prior to using this Tripp Lite surge suppressor, my Panasonic microwave would routinely cause the breaker to switch off whenever I was cooking less than a quarter cup of food/water/popcorn. Apparently, the microwave was cycling its power consumption in a way that was extra spikey, tripping the AFCI portion of the breaker protection. Because this surge suppressor contains some hefty ferrite, it acts as an inductor, smoothing out the flow of current. This also has the benefit of smoothing out the voltage that other devices plugged in around the house experience. I've now had this Tripp Lite surge suppressor for over a year and it's continuing to function wonderfully. I'm also able to make a small serving of popcorn in my microwave whenever I want without the hassle of fiddling with the breaker.

Medical devices need clean power
Hello. I have a medical device in my home that I use everyday. It seems to be sensitive to transients, noise and misc electrical garbage produced by other devices in my home. The screen gets lines and glitches at times. Installing this Triplite device eliminates all indications of dirty power and my medical device operates flawlessly. If you have ever been in a hospital you may have noticed they use Triplites with all their devices
