I love this Basin as it is easy to wash my daughters hair comfortably for me and her, as i can take my time since i can do it directly as she lays in bed. My daughter, who has Cerebral Palsy, loves it , she smiled the whole time. So happy for my purchase. Not sure how long it will last but so far so good! The only thing i would advise is to make sure you put waterproof sheets or chucks as water does have some leakage at neck area.

This was the stupidest thing I have ever bought. The hose would not stay attached, the water overflowed, the inflating process was sub standard. The pump, ridiculous. What a waste of money. Do not buy this item. It is garbage and money wasted. I only gave it one star because they don't have a zero.

I have a few elderly clients who are unable to put their head all the way back in my bowl, or who are wheelchair-bound and can’t even get all the way to the bowl. I am really surprised with the functionality of this product. The base around the neck maybe needs to be a slightly softer material for client comfort, and the blow up port be relocated to the back of the bowl because the pump provided does not work. So you almost have to blow it up by mouth and then just heavily sanitize prior to usage. I just don’t like the air port being right by the client’s head.

I was sadly very disappointed in this product.Before re I had open heart surgery this was suggested by a family member. This problem is getting ALL of the air to stay in the inflatable section. We could NOT use the product.

Not sturdy but very useful to help one to wash hair who needs help.

Love this product. It’s great for washing someone’s hair in the sink. Definitely worth the money.
