Vet recommended - works well!
My vet suggested these for my 15 year old Shih Tzu mix. They were about $5 cheaper on here and you don't need vet approval to buy.I see a big difference in his attitude and mobility with these. Before he didn't move around as much or as quickly and he'd get upset if you tried to pick him up or move him when he was comfortable. With these that behavior has vanished and he's running around and playing like a much younger dog.I can't speak to the taste of it, but I have no issues getting him to take it.Overall I recommend this product very highly.

Helped my poor aching dog move
I've been giving my aging dog the regular doggie pills that eveyone recomends for arthritus. She got really bad last winter, couldn't get up with out yelping in pain. I took her to the vet and he recomended I try these chews. They are PRICY!! BUT after giving them to her for a few days, she no longer yelped in pain getting up. She still moves slowly and we know her arthritus is going to keep getting worse, but these chews have really helped. She's been on them for about a year now. I've heard some dogs HATE the taste, but she seems to like them just fine.

Been using this for a year....
We have a Rescued Lab who had been struck by a car as a pup. He is 13 now and pretty much has no hip joint left. This is his only real health problem. He had been on Carprofen and Tramadol with good results but the addition of Allenza has him active and continuing to enjoy being a Lab! I highly recommend this product and am thrilled to find it here on Amazon.

Alenza Chew Tablets
Our Siberian Husky is getting up in years and has become arthritic. Our veterinarian suggested that we use this product as an herbal anti-inflammatory. Guess what? It works! Our Husky appears to have less pain and walks and runs almost as good as she did as a mature dog. We are now on our third bottle with her and she is moving quite well. As an anti-inflammatory it appears to be as good as acetysalicylic acid (aspirin), which drove our vet nuts when she heard we were giving it to our dog. If your dog has an arthritic problem, I sincerely recommend you try this product.

My dog will eat these no problem
My vet recommended these for my 75lb pittie mix, he's had an ACL repair and has some arthritis in his hips as well. She said this works well alongside the synovi g4 he's already taking. Got a sample of the soft chew version, but these tablets were about half the price! I'm happy to report that my dog eats them with no problem, I was worried he wouldn't after reading some reviews. As for his mobility and pain? The jury is still out.

Dog spits them out.
I can't convince my dog they taste like chicken. He spits them out. They SMELL atrocious. They may work wonderfully, but I'll never know. Very expensive to have to throw away.

Vet Techs 11 yr old GSD/lab mix feeling fly!
In every vet hospital I’ve worked in we have always recommended this joint supplement and their sister Synovi G ! When my girl turned 10 I knew it was time to move her to a senior “” arthritis joint supplement. Remember it can take 3 months of consistency to tell a difference but this stuff really does help! My senior Gal is running and playing w more comfort! She even jumped onto the hood of my suv after a squirrel! These are a must try and I will never forget them as a recommendation. They have helped my own pup so much!

Most likely EXPIRED!!!!
Expiration date was intentionally ripped off!!! (All 3 bottles)My vet says they prob are fine and shouldn't hurt but we all know the possibility that they are less affective. I find it so odd that my veterinarian's had expired, then they ordered some and that whole shipment was expired, and then I buy it here on my own and the date is conveniently the ONLY part of the label ripped off and it's even still sticky as if it were just done! They were cheap and I don't have time to mess with it so I prob won't return but this is disappointing that people can be so dishonest!
