Three years of abuse and it's still adorable! Definitely not as fluffy after being loved and ...
My daughter was given this as a gift and quickly became her lovey Bunbun! I had to buy two more as backups! The fluff does come off over time but it still looks cute! Three years of abuse and it's still adorable! Definitely not as fluffy after being loved and washed so much but still soft The ears have little packages of beads in them that she loves rubbing at night. We were afraid the beads would tear open and spill. They are in a small package One of them tore all the way open and spilled everywhere and the other the little package of beads came out in tack. All in all incredibly impressed with the amount of abuse Bunbun has taken. Her whiskers have curled over time! It's a great puppet! The mouth moves as well as the two front legs! We like to make her dance to the music in the car! I would not have expected this to be such a big hit with the kids but her cousins really enjoy it as well!

So soft and life-like
Bought this for my granddaughter for Easter. Can't wait to give it to her because I know she will love it. (She even recognizes right away when a stuffed item is Folkmanis!) This bunny looks so life-like; it's very well made and I know it will look as good in ten years as it does now.ETA: Feb. 2016--- My granddaughter loves "Rabby" so much, I bought her a new one. She was thrilled with "Bunny". Rabby is now 2, and she takes him everywhere. He had gotten pretty worn, so I thought she'd appreciate a companion for him. This really is the sweetest looking stuffed bunny. She loves them both.

already falling apart.
Fur is shedding horribly and the stuffing is falling out. Arms are stiff as well. thing isnt worth buying. the ears are sad too. they put these little plastic beads in the ears. the rabbit is awkward to use, hurts the hand, and overall just a waste of money and materials. :(

Perfect big floppy bunny
"Benjamin Bunny" was a gift to my daughter for her 2nd Birthday and he's been a favorite ever since. He's quite a big bunny and that just adds to his appeal. We don't really use the puppet part, although you'd need pretty strong hands to actually make his face move. I almost didn't order him but I'm so glad I did. He's made well and the eyes are realistic, and what little kid doesn't love a giant snuggly floppy bunny.

So realistic and very fun to play with!
My daughter is a puppeteer at our church and she has used this bunny to teach young children. Everyone who sees the rabbit has a double-take because it looks so real! The bunny is very durable and soft with realistic dimensions. An exceptional value for the quality of puppet. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys bringing puppets to life.

NICE PUPPET BUT HARD TO WORK THE MOUTH
The media could not be loaded. This is my 5th folkmanis puppet not counting ones I have bought as gifts for others. I saw this rabbit at a expensive gift shop at the Huntington Library which is a 200 + acre arboretum art museum historical land site. There was about 15 or 20 folkmanis puppets piled in a box. This rabbit stood out to me, and being an animal lover I really got drawn to its realism immediately. However the one at the gift shop was a whopping $40 which is expected at a high-end gift store. I got a great deal on Amazon of course! The puppet is fairly realistic. It could actually use a little more stuffing along the back. The front paws have cigar shaped pads in them that can be adjusted to position the front paws. There's room enough to get your fingers in the front legs to operate them. However, even though the mouth is well done, it's very very difficult to operate. It is stiff and difficult to open. The only way to effectively work the mouth is used your thumb and one of your fingers. In doing that, you lose the operation of the front legs. I have found a few of the Folkmanis puppets hard to operate because the mouth has a very stiff material and this inhibits the jaw to operate easily. However, it is still a delightful and friendly puppet! I have the shaggy dog puppet as well. When my husband drives the car and I'm in the passenger seat, for fun, sometimes I take that dog along and hang his head out the window when we come to a stop light. This rabbit will also be a fun take-along. We get a good laugh now and then. I've made puppet videos and kids love it.I like this rabbit a lot because he looks real and he's very soft and plush. The operation of the mouth is something that will have to be worked with a long time to soften up the material but it can be done. The neck and head are limited in movement. The hand enters from the underside abdomen leaving the top of the rabbit realistic. The hind end tail and legs are very realistic and you can cup the rabbit in one hand and operate it with the other.
