Air Conditioning Relay Starter Black for Compatible With Car, 39794-SDA-A05 Air Compressor Fuse Switch

Honda cars seem to have the same intermittent fault air conditioning working one minute the next its off of never coming back on . It's a really strange intermittent fault. this relay works very hard switching the compressor clutch on and off 100s of times it it's life . First class part as good as the dealer part but saving £££££

Fit Honda civic 2014 . Unfortunately didn't work but that's was down to a different fault . Have purchased in past and did work

I took my car to the garage ( A mainstream one not a back street outfit) who I won’t name to save embarrassment. They couldn’t find the fault with my air con. It’s an 09 Honda Civic. They told me it could be the pump which they could strip and check or it could be a valve in the engine block which only a main dealer is allowed to do. Estimated cost £600 to £1000 possibly more. The cars only worth maybe £1000. I went home and googled the fault which pointed towards the relay. It was a long shot but rather than spend £1000 plus I thought for a few quid I’d try it. The relay arrived next day. It took me 2 minutes to unplug the old one and fit the new. Bingo , nice cold air coming from the vents. I was amazed to be honest at how the garage could be so wrong. I have completely lost confidence in them and won’t even trust them to do my mot anymore.

After garage failed to diagnose intermittent fault, I changed the ac relay. This has cured the problem. Ac worked every so often, but not reliably. All fixed!

Aircon wasn’t working and due to house move all my tools and test equipment was in storage. Took my car to a garage and the quote was £600 to replace the compressor, regas and relay because it all needs doing. I decided to walk away from the job.Ordered this a few weeks later on the off chance that it was just the relay (ordered late Sunday arrived mid Monday!!). But surely a garage couldn’t be wrong. Swapped it out, turned on the car and instantly hit by a cool breeze.I will give them the benefit of the doubt but glad I took the chance @£6 vs £600 I saved 100 times the money. Even if this melts I can by 99 more ;)

Didn’t worked - checked by mechanic and this relay was faulty

My A/c on Honda Jazz stopped working. Main dealer quoted £1200 for new system.car too old to warrant that.youtube advised fitting this in little box under bonnet.one of three. Clicked it in place and all working again.Brilliant.

Works as it should.
