Bio Ionic OnePass 1 Nano Ceramic Straightening Iron - Black"

This is my second BIO IONIC flat iron. I had my first one for 7 years and I loved it. The wiring eventually became loose from the iron and it stopped working. I went back to using my "back up" iron and it was awful. I couldn't get this BIO IONIC purchased fast enough. The feel of this product is truly salon quality and I couldn't ask for anything better in the way it straightens my hair. I have very long hair and it doesn't crimp or pull hair. It is very smooth and has plenty of heat. I love the upgraded digital temp display and the lock feature on the outside of the handle. Also, putting the temperature buttons on the inside section of the handle works well and the alarm that notifies you that the iron is up to temp is genius. I have only tried "Walmart" bought flat irons otherwise, so I don't have reference of another iron of similar value and quality to compare; however, my hair stylist uses this brand and I have now purchased two of these, so I can say with confidence... this is an excellent flat iron! Ordering, packaging, shipping time and all other aspects of this purchase were perfect.

My hair stylist recommended this flat iron and I thought it was really expensive. I have found it to be easy to use since the handle is fully insulated, so no burning of your hands or scalp. My hair is actually shinier after using this iron. I am not very good at flatironing, but my results are great.

This is a pretty expensive straightener... and for the price I really expected this to last me several years like my last straightener. After 4 months, I plugged in the straightener and put it on my counter like I always do. When I came back, it was smoking and read as "error". The straightener had completely melted! Thankfully I was there to see that it was smoking... but this is concerning and could have been a fire hazard. I am trying to figure out how to contact the company to possibly get a refund or another product.

I was sceptic of "one pass" but Bio Ionic products genuinely get that one pass feeling. I have really thick curly hair. After blow drying with a brush this straightener actually is one to two passes max. This is my second purchase from Bio Ionic and I am enjoying it.

I have had a onepass for about 5 years, it still works perfectly. I got my teenage daughter this one for Christmas so we didn't have to share lolThis is amazing. She has thick hair, tight curls. It's straight and shiny every time. Mine is thick and coarse. Literally only takes one pass for straight healthy looking hair. I'll never buy another brand. It's worth the $$.

Great iron worth the price

So disappointed! Bought this item a little over two years ago and it overheated and melted parts of the straightener, hasn’t been used a lot. Loved the ability to straighten, just didn’t hold up well for the money

I have owned several flat irons in the past of good quality spending $150 or more for each of them. This is by far the best flat iron I have purchased. The digital temperature read works well and it heats up in seconds. I have thick, somewhat coarse hair that has had years of color and hair treatments. This flat iron does not damage my hair and works fast so I am not needing to re-iron segments of my hair.
