Healthy and intact!
Arrived safe and healthy! The seller was incredible after a postal mishap had my order trapped in Missouri for a week, leaving the frogbit dead on arrival. They sent a replacement and it arrived quickly and in terrific condition with NO pests!! There's no mold growth, no bad smells, and the roots and leaves are in terrific shape. Very excited to add this to my desk aquarium, will certainly be ordering from here again.

Very healthy and strong! Watch for minor pests.
I have a 29 gallon tannin stained aquarium. I actually received 8 separate plants. They arrived very early which was nice and they looked super healthy. The roots are strong and have grown quickly; one of the roots has grown to be around 8 inches in about a week! My betta fish appreciates a shady spot and I love the way they look. First quality plant I have bought from Amazon that didn't die within a week. I am impressed. One set has yellowing of leaves but I don't mind it.I quarantined these for about 5 days. I suspect that these plants were treated before they were shipped and that is why most of the hitchhikers (mosquitos I believe) were DOA, but there were some bladder snails that made it. I really don't mind at all. I have snails of my own actually, but because bladder snails reproduce asexually, I wouldn't be able to control the population, so I simply set them in a wet spot of my garden.I believe that the big leaves that I have are full grown. It looks like they get to be a little bigger than a quarter. I have heard that the tops of frogbit need to be dry or they will rot, but I have kept a bubbler right next to them and haven't had any issues ( may be because I have my LED hood light about 3 inches above it).You might think I'm crazy to give this 5 Stars if there were pests, but that should speak to the quality of these plants. The bugs just floated to the top during quarantine and the bladder snails were easily removable. This has been the best value and the healthiest, high-quality plant I've ever purchased on Amazon. I have purchased many plants on Amazon and they all have died very quickly, so of course I had to give this five stars.(I kept my floaters away from the filter by tying string to suction cup leaves I placed on either side of the tank. )

Died quickly
No parasites or hitchhikers, that’s very good. But when they arrived, about half of them already had some brown on them, and then after 2-3 days after splitting them into separate tanks, to give them a better chance, they melted.I made sure there was a low current, plenty of light and high nutrients. But roots kept coming off. We’ll see what happens in a couple more days.

So much growth!
When they first arrived, I did have some die and I lost the long roots, because my tank's PH was a bit high (8.0). I've gotten the PH to lower to 7.6, now they grow very quickly. I use Aquarium Co Op Easy green. And they are under a grow light for 10 hours every day. My tank temp is about 76-78 F.These have grown like crazy in 2 months. I bought one order, and have been putting them in a second tank. The roots have gotten long again.First and 3rd pictures are now, and second picture is from a few weeks ago. They grow so fast that I have started giving some awayNote: in my first and 3rd picture, I now have Water Lettuce mixed with the Frogbit. So, the very long, thick roots are Water Lettuce. Some of the Frogbit roots are nearly as long!

Not as many as you thought!
Plants arrived and appear to be in good shape. I was a bit disappointed in the amount of plants sent. I would have thought maybe a quarter of a sandwich bag. These could have fit in a match box with room leftover. Hopefully, they will spread quickly.

Teeny Tiny Overpriced Plants
For what you get, these frogbit plants are WAY overpriced. I knew they would be small, but they were teeny tiny. I got 6 plants and each of them only had 1-2 leaves on them and all of the leaves were smaller than a dime. The margins of the leaves were brown and slimy when I got them out of the packaging, so I knew they probably wouldn't make it. Sure enough, within a week, all of them were dead. They were put in an established koi pond, so it was just the poor quality/poor shipping of the plants - not the water quality, etc. I've ordered plants from other sellers on Amazon and have been extremely pleased. These sellers are not worth buying from.
