Arrived on time. Works great, as advertised.

As far as mid-range ph meters this is a decent meter. I had decided to upgrade from the black and yellow ph meter to this one and when compared its night and day. This meter has a backlight which I love it came pre-calibrated off by maybe .1 or .2 nothing that would really effect anything when re-calibrating was super easy with RO water. I tested this side by side my cheap black and yellow (11 dollar) ph meter and could deffinatly tell i needed a upgrade the black and yellow would be completly off even after re-calibration this one held calibration through and through even after doing several ph readings with diffrent liquids and water no issue. the PPM I couldn't really tell as I compared it with the blue reader ( cheap one) and came out basically the same so I can assume its accurate out of the box.

I bought this to monitor salinity, TDS, and pH in my swimming pool, but something is off with it. When I calibrated it, it consistently read pH 9 in the pH 6 solution that came with it. It seemed to be accurate in the other two solutions (pH 4 and pH 9). This behavior even continued after resetting the unit a couple times. That was not confidence inspiring, but when I test the pool pH and compare it to the result that I get on test strips, it does agree with the strips, so I feel a little better about the pH measurement.As for the salinity measurement, I have a similar unit from another brand that only measures salinity, and this unit consistently measures anywhere from 200 to 400 ppm higher than the other brand's unit. Should this unit be calibrated for salinity? There was no mention of it in the instructions, only pH calibration.What throws me off even more, is that the TDS measurement from this unit more or less agrees with a calculated TDS (salt + alkalinity + CYA + calcium hardness).So all in all, I am fairly confident in the pH reading, but have no confidence in the salinity nor the TDS readings. Disappointing since the reason I ordered this unit was so that I could just use one unit to get all three readings.

Purchased my first meter in May 24. When measuring pH, meter would start jumping around by like .5 at a time, other than the gradual sweep I normally seen. Messaged Vivosun and they credited me a new one. Very good product with excellent support. Worth every cent. Biggest bang for the buck you will ever find. Thank you Vivosun for your attention to detail.

I used this for work testing water quality and commercial filtration system calibration/function while repairing high-end espresso, coffee, beverage machines. The app and Bluetooth functionality came in handy for record keeping and spotting patterns when having repeat service calls at a location.

It's what you'd want for a better than super cheap tester, no issues and has consistently functioned accurately for me.

I just bought this pen. It came with three packages of powder for me to do pH calibration, but no powder for EC calibration where do I get to buy it says sold separately I need to know whereI think an instrument like this should come with everything needed

Low key feel like i got lucky with my order but the first time i ordered this product it was sent damage so never tried it and was sent replacement and as far as im concerned this thing is perfect (for now). and i only say that based on other reviews i saw. something good for now but will upgrade as more time goes but happy overall and would deff recommend to someone needing something for now. especially at the price. btw if nobody knows it reads on 500 ppm scale
