BOSCHGSR18V-535FCB15 18V Drill/Driver with 5-In-1 Flexiclick® System and (1) CORE18V® 4 Ah Advanced Power Battery

I’m just a home owner and a power tool is necessary to do various fixes around the house or a small DIY project. I have been relying on my affordable black and decker 20v max drill driver for the past 7 years and I have finally decided to get something more capable. From my research on the internet I decided that a multi head driver is the way to go since I have always wanted a driver that can get closer to the edge of a corner and still able to drive in a screw straight. Most multi head drivers are 12 volts and very compact. However, size wasn’t something matters to much to me since I didn’t have a problem with my old black and decker which is not compact in any stretch or imagination. Bosch is the only brand that offers a multi head driver in 18v, and this is a brand I can trust. This tool ticks all the boxes, brushless, 21700 battery, quality materials and construction. It is even compact depth wise if you just use it without the chuck. I got the SDS attachment for it but haven’t had the need to use it yet, but from what I have seen online the attachment will make the drill into a hammer drill and it is great for up to medium duty masonry work.The only downside I can think of is that now I have to look in to Bosch brand for other power tools now that I’m “brought in” to their 18v eco system. This is unfortunate since I may want to buy other brand say a makita blower since it offers one of the best on the market. I don’t want to end up with too many brands of battery and chargers, especially given the bulky size of a charger they are not easy to store away. Perhaps I could look into adapters.

This is my first Bosch tool. I really like the versatility of this Flexiclick. I install mainly restroom partitions of all types, carpentry, and commercial door installation for work and have found this tool to be very valuable. I like that this drill is plenty powerful for my tasks. I also like the feel and look of this drill. It’s well made. It feels quality and just feels nice in the hands. As far as battery life goes, I’d say is really good. The 4.0 battery that comes with the set is very adequate. It will last you all of the day depending on the tasks. If you will be doing a-lot of drilling, like drilling holes in steel all day you’ll need another battery to last all day. 4.0 isn’t enough. I really love the fact that I can use hex bits and bit holders to drive. The attachments are excellent. It takes just a couple of times to learn how to quickly change out the attachment after that it takes just a second. The attachments also feel quality made and strong. Well done Bosch. This is very valuable to me and cleverly engineered.

I saw the 12V version a while ago and have been waiting for this 18V version so when I saw it released I snapped one up. This is a great tool for a job site that gives various heads to use for different processes. I’ve had the tool for a couple of months and have already had the need for each head. I also like the 1/4” quick change collet on the main tool body which gives a great option to switch between drills and driver. The tool and heads are very solid, Bosch quality.

This is great tool combination from Bosch. Love the attachment that allows me to drill or drive at about 3/8' from any corner surface. The angled attachment is also very practical and have already help me many times in the shop. The main tool is very sturdy and holds the charge very well. Glad I got this.

I really wanted to like this drill: it's a great design.But, like another review, my charger melted on first use.Because I liked the drill I made a warranty claim with Bosch. Sent them the charger via a printed label and all. 10 days after that package arrived at their repair center, no word from Bosch. Contacted customer support, claimed the repair center I sent it to isn't one of their repair centers (I printed the prepaid label on their warranty page).Returning to Amazon without charger. Not sure what else to do.

Good all around drill/ driver that makes most jobs super easy. You could drive screws abs drill holes almost at the same time, just have your bit in the driver and your drill bit in the chuck then just remove bit from driver to attach chuck.Right angle and offset are essential for tight spots and fully adjustable.
