Delfino Cetara Colatura di Alici Anchovy Extract 8.4 Fluid Ounce - Pack of 2

Not sure if it's a good value, but it sure is a tasty additive to most any dish. This is a secret ingredient.

The recipe called for three tablespoons of Colatura. Despite the fact I did not use canned sardines, but fresh (in water pack), the anchovy flavor was far too strong, even for one who loves anchovies. It is obviously a quality product, but I question the viability for home use.

If you're looking for a "secret ingredient" look no further. This stuff is amazing. Makes almost every conceivable dish better.
