Love it!
This pump is quiet and works very well. The air flow is perfect, it's durable, and stores easily.

Great Little Pump, Terrible Tubing.
I am not a great "horticulturist," so I allow an automatic waterer feed my plants for me. However, I don't like the idea of having a five-gallon container of stagnant water and fertilizer mixture sitting around so I got this pump to aerate the tank that holds the liquid plant food. I liked the idea that it came complete with air stones, tees, hoses and other accessories. I also liked the feature of being able to adjust the air flow. When the pump arrived, I promptly pulled it out of the box and plugged it in. It began humming and I could feel the air emitting with my fingers. As I turned up the adjustment, the air got stronger- so far so good. I then looked at the accessories. The air stones looked fine, although I already had a long, thin stone that I was planning to use for this particular application. I knew I would not need any of the other accessories except the hose and one of the tees as I was going to join both outlets together to run one stone. I immediately noticed that the hose was very soft and "mushy." I tried to push the hose onto the tee, and finally got it seated with some effort. When I tried to get it seated on the pump outlet barbs, that really took some doing because the tubing wanted to just bend and squish without really going on (even with using some light lubricant). When connecting the two outlets to the tee, the hose simply folded instead of making a graceful curve to the tee barbs, effectively causing two dams and shutting off the flow of air. At this point, I went and got some other tubing I had in the garage from another project. It was much stiffer and worked just as I wanted, and the pump was up and running to aerate my tank in no time. I must add that in order to get the level of air I wanted, I had to turn the pump up all the way. However, even running on full power the pump was quiet and did not walk around on the top of the tank. I gave four stars for the quiet, efficient operation of the pump but docked one star for the poor quality of the hose. This is a good little pump, just be forewarned that you could have issues with the hose.

Super quiet and a great price!
Super quiet as advertised! Not real strong, so would suggest getting a bigger one than you think you need

Nice little pump
bought this for my 2 countertop hydroponics systems, as my research led me to think that aerating the water would help plant growth. Came with everything i needed, including 2 airstones, 2 inline pressure regulators and a T splitter (along with other stuff i may use on other projects).i guess all those websites and forums were right, because after 2 months (and 4 root trimmings), i had to take several plants out of the hydroponics and put them in pots because they had gotten so large. some of that may have to do with better nutrients and pH level maintenance, but it cost less than 11 dollars.I ended up purchasing black air tubing (which came with cylindrical airstones that i now use instead of the globe-shaped ones that came with this pump), but all the connections work the same.the adjustable output knob is a nice touch, but it can be a bit finicky to get your level just right, especially with changing conditions (i.e., root growth). I have the pump set at a level where i cannot hear it from 8 feet away. The problem is not actually with the pump itself, but rather with the noise the airstones make.the only thing i didn't like was that the check valves that came with this pump would not work at the pressure level i wanted to use, so i had to omit them from my setup. not a worry, really, as i check the water level daily, so i am not worried about the pump running dry.So far, very pleased with this purchase.

Trouble with the hoses coming off the pump
This air pump arrived in a timely manner. I like the fact that you can adjust the air speed. Here's what I don't like. The 2 little nipples that the air hose attach to on the pump are very short. The hoses that come with it are like rubber and very flexible and they keep coming off the pump. Be sure and use your 2 return valves. We never used them with our old pump and didn't have a problem but when the hoses fell off this pump about 1/4 of the water from the aquarium was on the floor before we noticed it. A lesson learned, we put the return valves on. Today we put the plastic hose from our other pump on the air pump. Hopefully this works. If I had to buy again I'd opt for a different one.

Small but mighty
I bought this pump to replace an old Whisper 60 that was noisy and no longer pumping air after 4 years. New pump is incredibly quite compared to previous pump and puts out a ton of air, way more than I need for my 35 gallon tank. The adjustment has a wide range and allowed me to dial in the bubbles to the desired level. Accessory kit is a great value at this price point. Can confirm other reviews that the hose included in this kit is not the same material that I’ve typically seen for this application. The hose is soft and squishy, correct size internal diameter but probably not the best choice material. I did not use the hose as I already have a tank set up and simply plugged my current lines into the new pump.Pump is probably 2/3 the size of Whisper 60, small footprint. Very quite. Will update review if it gets noisy after a few months use.
