Performance and reliability.
Product arrived earlier than scheduled. Battery had > 10% charge. Affter charging on the device, works fine as advertised.

The shipping packaging could be improved by using either thicker, or two-layer, bubble wrap. However, the battery survived Fedex and the battery exterior looks brand new with no visible damage.According to the Inogen smartphone app, the battery had already been put through 16 cycles, contradicting the shipping invoice which stated "new." Since 16 cycles is only about 3% of the expected life, I'm happy with the purchase and the discount purchase price.The battery performs perfectly with my POC.

Works just fine in my portable concentrator.
I needed more run time to use my portable concentrator on an airplane. This battery seems to work fine. It lasts as long as the OEM battery. No problems holds a good charge.

Old item 2022
The first battery I received did not hold a charge and was sent without a Lithium Ion Battery Warning Label. The replacement battery I received is a 2022, not a new 2024 battery and this package did not have a Lithium Ion Battery Warning Label. All lithium batteries shipped must have a Lithium Ion Battery warning label on the package. I have a video of the package that I received. When contacting seller which was supposed to be sold by Breathe freely, Live Freely is now Freedom O2 at the customer service phone number.

Works with my Oxygo Next
I have a Oxygen Next portable oxygen concentrator.I have been told this the same as the Integon G5 but has a 5 year Warrentry instead of 3 year warrentry. This battery worked fine in my machine and so much cheaper. So far so good.
