A hit for Honey
I have a rescue kitty that is part Savannah. Therefore, she has a very high prey drive and is highly intelligent, getting bored and depressed when she has nothing to stimulate her brain. I bought this for her and she LOVES it!We also have her sister, who is out of a different father. So while both have the Maine Coon from momma, sis has more Persian/HImalayan than the Savannah that Honey has. As a result, Sis prefers to just stick her nose in the bowl and eat--forget about the games! But even with a bowl down and available, Honey will go to her puzzle feeder and play with trying to get food out of it.The fact that you can rearrange/remove/add obstacles is nice as it helps to keep her thinking with new challenges occasionally. She really enjoys that and feels better with something to challenge her mentally. The whole thing is plastic and easy to clean. The lid does allow for kibble to fall down in between the walls and the lid though, so every couple of days you have to remove the lid and clean up all the old kibble that has fallen down where she cannot reach it. Maybe that is something they should rethink and come up with a different way of seating the lid to prevent kibble loss.It does stick pretty well to the tile floor, although she can move it when she pushes against it to try and get to the pieces that have fallen down between the lid and outer wall. It has never flipped over though, even when a 16 pound kitty running full tilt has lost footing on the tile floor and slid into it, knocking it a couple of feet away.Overall, it is a big hit with the kitty. She loves it and it keeps her happy, challenged, and occupied. That makes me happy, along with the easy clean up. Good price and good value for the price. If you have a smart kitty who is easily bored because they are not challenged enough, I would definitely recommend this as a try. If you have a porky pig like her sister who prefers to just stick her nose in the bowl and not come up for air until the bowl is clean, then perhaps not so much.

Great toy for my puzzle master cat!
The media could not be loaded. My smart cat loves this toy! He is very treat-motivated and has gone from not knowing how to play with toys, to a puzzle toy master over the past 3 years, thanks to toys like these. This toy is fab because you can customize and change it to suit your cat’s difficulty level, as well as just changing it up so your cat can’t memorize the easiest way to solve the board. I let him try it on “level 1” listed on the box, then quickly upgraded to “level 3” the same day, and it takes him a while but he can get out every treat! Perfect. The quality of this toy is also very nice. The green board is a soft matte material that gives the treats a little bounce. It’s not just a hard plastic. And it’s a perfect size and slightly smaller than I had imagined, which is good, because his toy’s take up most of our living room floor. I read reviews about treats getting “stuck” in the corners where there is no opening for the cat to claw or bat them out, but this was not a problem for my cat. He somehow can manage to get them out of every nook and cranny, even when I didn’t think he would have been able to reach them. I put in a variety of treat sizes and textures, and the smaller ones seem to take him longer to fish out. Amazing toy, and cute and fun to watch! Also very easy to remove the plastic cover to clean. The only thing I wish could be a little sturdier are the white plastic “obstacle” pieces, which my cat sometimes uproots when he is aggressively pursuing the treats inside. I appreciate that they are movable and removable, but he does knock them out of place sometimes. Still a great toy, and my cat doesn’t mind if a piece is knocked on its side, so it’s not a big deal.

Good solution for smart kitty kids who eat too much, too quickly
The media could not be loaded. The video and pics I'm sharing here were taken within a minute or two of adding food for the very first time (after washing it.)The video shows how the puzzle works and looks with the two additional 'wall' parts inserted, but I ended up removing both for now (which can be seen lying on the floor next to it in at least one of my still pics).Pros:1. Immediately caught my kids' interest in figuring out the new 'game' their mommy bought them.2. Took a mere few minutes for one of my kitties to learn how to scoop food out with her paw -- and I'm sure the others will catch on soon.3. Easy to disassemble for washing.4. Serves its purpose very well... meaning it does, in fact, help slow down eating, and prevents huge mouthfuls from being taken by the 'piggies'. (I have 3 who are overweight, and I worry about diabetes developing.)5. I love the lime green color of the interior floor.Potential con:1. MAY contain PBA. I could not find any mention of this in the ad description, nor on the box. That has me concerned, in that I do not want my kids' (high-quality and very expensive) food exposed to anymore chemicals than is absolutely necessary.Cons:1. The price... I do not think this should be higher than $15.Note: One end of the puzzle's (clear) top makes it easy for my kids to push/pull the kibble out onto the floor bc the meeting point of the top and bottom pieces are even in height. However, the other end is not that way at all. It will be tougher for my kids who aren't 'into' scooping (like a laddle) to access the food bc the high edge prevents the food from simply being pushed/pulled out. That said, maybe the above-mentioned differences will turn out to be a good thing... the 'non-scoopers' can use the lower side, while the ones who like the game/challenge of the higher side can entertain them -- and help them show off a bit, haha. All cats are intelligent in my opinion, so I have confidence that all 5 of mine will discover the difference and chose for themselves which end/side they wish to use.
