The mic is way too good. It even picks up bird's chirping on the trees near my house when my window is open, which I have to admit, is annoying sometimes. Sometimes I wish there was more bass in the speaker. I can have connections via USB wire and Bluetooth. Mute button on the speaker is handy. When connected via USB, the mute button on the speaker and mute button in Teams are in sync. Pressing mute on one reflects mute status on the other.

I use Teams for a lot of meetings at work, and recently there's been a lot of working from home. Everyone I talk to says the the sound quality of my voice is great, and I have to say it certainly sounds very good to me as well. I tend to use it more wired to my laptop than over bluetooth, but I have not noticed any problems at all.

Couldn't be easier to use. The sound is awesome. Worth every penny!

I purchased this speaker in April and initially had a great experience with it - connectivity was great and the integrated function with MS Teams was wonderful. The connection works well and I liked the additional integrated cable that stows away. The only gripe I have there is I wish there would have been a location to store a USB C to USB adapter which has to be carried loose in the case for the speaker.The SP30T has great sound as well as just a normal speaker as well - I would take a conference call and after use it to listen to music and for what it is the sound is great (it is a Sennheiser after all!).Fast forward 6 months and the speaker is now pretty much worthless for calls. It is like the internal microphone has failed because on calls I can hear everyone and no one can hear me consistently and when they can it is choppy. I have verified this across multiple internet connections and had issues and switched to another speaker to verify the issues reside with the Sennnheiser and unfortunately that is proving to be the case. I wish I could recommend this but for over $200 I would expect a little more longevity out of this speaker.I give it two stars because when it worked this thing was wonderful - but I cannot justify something failing within a year of purchase.

It works fine but it does not have great call quality. The speak is not Sennheiser it’s just a EPOS speaker. I have had the Sennheiser version it much much better and worth the additional $$

I love this product. I like the fact I can take this with me and conduct calls on the road or between different offices.Also love the form factor the product is very well designed!

Use it daily, always in my work bag. A must for the new way we are all working

First, the feel of the product is awesome. Its well built, love the feel of it and the audio quality coming out of it is great. I have the Jabra 510 and used them both interchangeably for about 15 days. The crux of the entire thing is that the microphone drops out even when im right next to it. I wanted to love this unit so much and wanted to keep it over the jabra, but the microphone is the most important part and that came up short. Hopefully this can get fixed in another version. Also, the teams button is pretty sweet, especially because once a meeting starts in teams you can hit a button on the unit and it wil bring you right to your meeting. Small feature but the more i used it the more i loved it. But again, the microphone fail is what led me to return this.
