I use one every day as a pediatrics resident.

Saved my butt numerous times during my Peds EM rotation. Hoping it is equally handy during my Peds IM rotation.No complaints.

This is one excellent reference for those who are frequently on the brink of making management decisions about pediatric cases

My only complaint is about the errata, I will eventually lose that page, I know it is available in the digital version but still sad it's not fixed in the physical version.

Must have for pediatrician
