Good prop well made!
Quality product seems to be well balanced and well made. Handling was definitely better and the ride felt smoother. Went from 3 blade stainless (13.75×24) at 4750rpm to 4 blade (14x21) at 4600rpm speed stayed the same 42-43mph. Hole shot is about the same if I had to pick better or worse I'd say worse it seemed to bog the motor down a little for the first half a second until the boat started moving 3-5mph. I think a 19p will change that though. 1984 starcraft 18' aluminum center console 1980-81 Mercury 150hp. Quality product and I'm going to buy the 19p it's worth the money!

It’s a return but looks like new!
I bust props all the time when I go boating! I’m always looking for spares, so when I ran across this returned one at near half price I went for it. Returns are free with Prime, right? No returns here. This one looks like new, just not in original packing. Nice prop that I’ll keep in my boat just in case. It’s a 21 and I normally run a 23 pitch but it’ll get my skiers out of the water quicker. 😳😁

Proper drive unit rotation
Amazing combination for both take off, and top speed. 2005 Bayliner

Nothing special. Just a great price
Nothing really special about it but it was among the cheapest I could find for a 14x21 4 blade shipped quickly. Runs out just fine so no real complaints here.

Quality Prop
My new favorite prop . Running it on a Alpha 1 paired to a 4.3 MPI.What I noticed :Increased hole shotBoat planes out fasterSeems to handle better vs the old propCost is similar to other competitors.Give This prop a try and you won’t regret it . ***** Make sure to order the correct hub for your outboard/out drive setup .

Best boat upgrade I've ever made!
This 21 pitch 4 blade propeller was probably the best upgrade I've even made for my boat. Installed on a 22 foot bow rider with a mercruiser 5.0 MPI. At cruising range, roughly 25 mph, the engine RPM went down by 600. The old prop was a 21 pitch 3 blade. The boat will now hold a plane under 20 mph and top end speed has increased 8 mph with RPMs reduced between 600 -700. With the old 3 blade, the engine Rev limiter alarm would go off at 39 mph @5500 rpm. Now the boat goes 47 mph @4800 rpm with my family of 5 on board. Bottom line, the engine is just purring along with much less effort to achieve the same performance...I am honestly quite surprised at the difference.

Poor performer in all aspects
Purchased this prop in December but installed it on my Sea Ray 175 w/Alpha One Sterndrive this weekend expecting improved performance but was terribly disappointed. I had to file down my trim tab just to make it fit. Two blades cleared it, but the other two didn’t. When I got on the water I discovered that the hole shot is terrible (took at least twice as long to get up on plane) and I lost about 4 mph off the top end.On the plus side, low-speed steering improved, and she gets a better bite in turns when on plane and trimmed all the way up. Much less cavitation. Also, the quality of the prop seems to be there, so I’ll definitely keep this prop as a spare, but I’ll be going back to a 3-blade for everyday use.My recommendation is to learn from my experience and save your money if you’re thinking of trying out a 4-blade prop - or at least do some research to see if you’ll need a different pitch.

Just buy it
If you are like me and undecided on buying this prop or a mercruiser I recommend saving the money and buying this one I went from a 3 blade 23p to a 4 blade 21p and it made a huge difference and I basically lost no measurable top end (1-2MPH ) I have a 2005 Tahoe Q5 with a 4.3 merc and the prop was a great addition. It helps a lot when the boat has a lot of people in it. The quality was good just as I would think it should be.
