My doctor;s PA recommended this to me about 3 yrs ago for chronic iron deficient anemia. I find it preferable to other iron supplements I have taken - both liquid and pill form. It is easy to take, does not upset my stomach and seems to be more effective at maintaining the iron level in my blood. It includes both Vit. C and B12, both of which enhance the absorption of iron, as well as other B vitamins. I would recommend this to anyone who needs an iron supplement, particularly if you have a problem absorbing iron.

If you're pregnant: This isn't just iron, read the label, there's tons of vitamin B in there, you need to check to see what is already in your prenatal because too much B can be really bad for your growing baby.If you're not pregnant this is good to boost your iron.

Worked great for me! No stomach pain!
I really love this product.I was anemic due to iron deficiency.I tried other forms of iron that made me HORRIFICALLY sick! Just awful.So I asked friends on Facebook for suggestions and someone recommended this.I was wary, but tried it. I’ve never had ANY issues with it and now I’m no longer deficient or anemic, so it did what it needed to do!

These don't hurt your stomach, and they actually help with iron levels. I highly recommend these for anyone struggling with anemia who just can't stomach normal iron pills. I feel so much better and I havent even finished my first bottle.
